The Hillsborough Family Support Group, and Liverpool Supporters Group,Absolute hypocritical C.UNTS!
They are all over the news tonight fighting against safe standing areas at Premier League grounds.
Why then did Liverpool fans stand for the entire game against us on the first day of the season?
I know that they did because I was at the game.
Absolute lying,hypocrite *word censored*!

Maybe it's more of a need to be all over the news that motivates them..

I thought the enquiry discovered it was police negligence and those barriers that were to blame. Now they're blaming standing? :?

I think it's a breakthrough moment of self-awareness and honesty from the mousers. They're basically admitting they can't be trusted to stand together with their fellow supporters without killing each other. They're asking the authorities to protect them from them selves.

Also, it's easier to have your ticket nicked by one of your fellow "fans" if you are standing. That must worry Mouser fans terribly... :censored:

As you would already be in the ground wouldn't it be too late ?
( or is it the used ticket ebay market they want to profit from ? )

In Dublin (Croke Park) we have a terrace that holds about 12,000 people.. There is generally no major issues on it..it is cheaper than the 70,000 seats in the stadium and leads to a better atmosphere.. When Dublin are playing it is generally populated by Dubs otherwise it is mixed .
The moral of it is if you don't charge en masse across it at opposing fans terraces are OK and safe..if it is not overcrowded (regardless of who is to blame) it is safe..
