Fair point mate, I am all for banter but I won't put up with anyone being an ignorant prick. Luckily most gooners I know online/offline are genuinely nice people. You always get bad eggs I guess.northbank123 wrote:Fucking hell Nut Flush just ignore the bloke, embarrassing how little effort it is taking for him to wind you up!

I thought Theresa May was 'intelligent' -What on earth was she thinking?
As someone that has worked a lot with surveys over the years I should point out that "worst case scenario" options are generally oversubscribed by the people surveyed. We always "weight" survey results to allow for the natural inclination and "sway" towards negativity or inaction that is generated by limited interaction with a new process, method or regime.Chippy wrote:

First visible signs of the Brexit effect on the housing market. The report suggests the market would have cooled anyway but you can be sure any downturn will be exaggerated by Brexit.
But hey that's only scaremongering ehhh.

But I guess in your world, you only care about joining your pikey mates down at the local wetherspoons first thing this morning.

That sounds like something a Shoalin Teacher might say to his apprentice grasshopper or perhaps in this case the sea going version of a glasshopper.

This a truly frightening explanation of the shit we have been dropped in. One of the best things I have read since Brexit.I thought Boris said we could stay in the single market and get rid of freedom of movement.
He was either lying or he didn't understand what he was talking about. Probably the first.
how terrible. house prices that the majority complain about as too high come down to more realistic levels. poor old property magnates and by to let landlords inflating prices for young people unable to even dream of owning g a property. woe is them and anyone foolish enough to invest all their assets in bricks and mortar...which regardless will still be worth a load of cash, just not so much.nut flush gooner wrote:http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-36783938
