THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

You know the rules. Every post needs to contain something about the club you dislike. Please amend.

"Why would anyone be against" - as somebody who has complained about the constant negativity on here it's not like you haven't been provided with reasons for people's anti-Wenger stance since joining (agree or not).

Also "played like champions" and listing 3 injuries (one to a player that wouldn't start in our strongest XI) from a massive squad as though today was a massive triumph against adversity, your post seems pretty desperate to get a few bites

Tbh I don't begrudge you having a laugh and winding people up a bit after we've won, at least admit it!

Football has changed in the past ten years and is all about the pound note, we need to move on.

Why is it poor lefty ? :? Wenker is getting the majority of the blame (rightly imo) and part of that reason is because he himself has constantly said that there is money available so the focus naturally focuses on the man who refuses to spend it. On the other hand if the funds are not there (despite overwhelming evidence in the club accounts), then why has mr integrity said that there is money available ?

513 pages in and other than an asteroid named after There's Only One, still no evidence to suggest that a second one exists anywhere, so on that basis

ONE ARSENE WENGER.....THERE'S ONLY ONE ARSENE WENGER

Reading between the lines of his comments Wenger knows on the verge of a tough run of fixtures, this is about as good as it gets, so respect where we are right now.
The bit about Kallstrom is odd too. 'if we had another 3 days, we may not have signed him'? you had a whole month.
Fact, he signed him to cover for Flamini/Ramsey/Wilshere, but cant play for at least a month when 2 of those should be available.
He does not havethe humility to admit he was wrong, and it is farcical.

I think it only counts as trolling if we actually discover the existence of a second Arsene Wenger

Up until that happens.....I am merely stating a FACT !

Schalke say no Arsenal bid - bid was from Wolfsburg.

Apparently we can't compete with Wolfsburg now..

And that comment about 'if we had three more days' is priceless' - that's why you sign em as soon as the window opens you numpty.

I am one who wants a change of manager as I think he is pursuing this ffp utopia that will never exist but calling him childish and insulting names for me anyway is poor, very poor form.

Now leave me alone Augie or I will resurrect Father Ted :box:
