Jack Wilshere

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Rumours are that it could be longer 12 - 16 weeks - I feel for him - I know he has his detractors, but just as he seems to be moving towards a better vein of form - he gets crocked (again).....

The Wilshere Theorem;

W + OI = 8 WO + N x AMTI / RN = 18 MO

Where;

W = Wilshere
OI = Original Injury
WO = Weeks Out
N = Niggle
AMTI = Arsenal Medical Team Input
RN = Recurring Niggle
MO = Months Out

:roll:

You don't even want to see the Rosicky Gambit or the Diaby Paradox! :shock:

:shock: :shock: :shock: Oh Feck NOT The Diaby Paradox - FFS! Even Stephen Hawkins has given up on that one! :shock: :wink:

I doubt we will see him again this season , i also don't think Jack will have a long playing career which is a shame. When he came on the scene i thought he was the real deal but the injuries have taken their toll already.

Hopefully this helps us see the blinding light and we don't award him that purported 150k per week deal.

You can't build a team around him; we should really consider getting shot of him, it's obvious he'll always be ravaged by injury.

VV14 when in the hell did we 'not' give out unwarranted contracts, pay-rises and extensions since Wenger has been in charge, i think i detect a certain amount of wishful thinking delusions setting in amongst the normally rational long term members on here!

Wenger needs to go to just to preserve all of your sanities :D

really sad to see someone with such immense talent seemingly wanting to throw all that away.
I am beginning to think for the first time that he doesnt have much of a future at Arsenal.

We're a far better team without him in it and he has the I.Q. of an orange, I for one couldn't care less if went. Oh yeah and he's a complete sick note and we've enough of those already.

I completely agree with the above.

I was desperate from him to succeed (came up through the ranks, local-ish lad, showed glimpses of true class), however, I'm coming to the conclusión he's a bit of a dick.
He hasn't progressed as a player, he can't seem to recognise the strengths and weaknesses in his game and he regularly shows up in the tabloids being a prat.

I know nothing about shisha pipes, but an doctor today said that one puff is equivilent to one cigarette and that in clubs people regularly puff on them for an hour.
If he can't show respect to his health, to the club, to his team-mates and to the supporters, he isn't taking the opportunity he's got seriously and we should probably ship him off to Wham, palace, Stoke ....
