Hopefully Pepe :censored:

Yesterday was a god awful day of football, topped off by the Croatia/Portugal foul and dive fest.

Banking on today being much better. Good day for a flat tyre in Lyon :D

Over the years we have all become accustomed to the injustice's of distributing tickets to fans for the big games, but I have to say that the "sharing" out of tickets for todays match against france is nothing short of a disgrace - how is it acceptable for one of the teams involved to get less than 5000 tickets for a 60k capacity stadium ? When the uefa deadline to apply for tickets for all euro games ended, they revealed that they had received more applications for tickets for Irish games than any of the others - now we get the least amount of tickets ?? There has long been a belief that it is always in the best interests of uefa and fifa to keep the host country involved in the finals because of ticket sales and attendances, but todays allocation is totally taking the piss, and I will be interested to see how many tickets engerland get when they face france in the next round - better get working on your tickets now lads

Today is surreal in terms of Irish sport. The GAA have actually moved two big Championship games in Croke Park to later times to accommodate fans wishing to watch "the soccer"
Nice idea in principle but a nightmare in terms of safety and security.. Dublin fans are notorious for turning up late full of beer..Five hours in a pub watching Ireland is going to lead to fun in the stadium..
Anyway that is their problem.. Don't think the Ireland game is a forgone conclusion.. France are better than Ireland and should win but they are under pressure and Ireland are not..
The utter rubbish going on about revenge for Henry is nauseating.. Yes he cheated but if you condem it once you must always condem it even when it's in your favour..

Dublin Fans = Scousers

Do not believe for one second that they move these games to facilitate fans who wanted to watch the footie - they moved the games to prevent the scenario of two big games on live tv with a stadium that isn't even half full  The only thing was for the gaa than the bad image and pr a half full stadium will throw up, is that they would lose out to "soccer" into the bargain     :barscarf: :barscarf:

Not quite Scousers..Dublin fans have tickets..
Yeah the PR thing was massive in their decision.. Be seen to make concessions but not changes...

So much nicer watching Giroud be shit for somebody else.

French fans predictably booing everything in sight at the first sign of turbulence.

Pogba just ran through the midfield with about four players hanging off his back, slipped a great ball through and Giroud is stood on his heels instead of getting on the end of it.

Pogba and Griezmann turned to each other and looked like they were agreeing how shit Giroud is.

He is garbage. Apologies to our Oirish brethren for jinxing it and guaranteeing him a goal!

You are really not trying Augie.....Ruud Van Nostrilface, Sheringham, Rooney for starters.

Martial is a big concern for me - he is far more direct and could cause us problems when he comes on.

My big concern is glenn Whelan - if Hendricks cant continue, then I would rather play with 10 than bring Whelan on  McCarthy is playing really well in the DM position, but he would be shafted out to accomadate Whelan and history shows us that McCarthy isn't much good further forward

If murphy cannot win headers (which he isn't), then what is the point in having him there ?

The Giroud paradox - Helped his team win with a great assist but otherwise shit and ineffective.

That's one of the reasons why france haven't a prayer of winning these euro's - playing with their system requires a far better number 9 than either giroud or gignac

If pogba is worth £70m then coquelin must be worth the same cos they both bang average
