piss poor again today - no pace, no urgency, no flair. pedestrian sideways and backward passing, no change of pace.

no half time changes in tactics or personnel. the only player with pace and urgency replaced by another player with pace.

pre-game preparation and focus is non-existent, the players did not come out 'up for it'. in game management was Nil.

this is progress in the same way the Titantic was progress.

based on the last two performances, i think Bayern could well get double figures against us over two legs.

So yet again after a big game we're talking about:

- Our pedestrian play/lack of pace
- How easily our predictable 4-5-1 was nullified
- Giroud coming up well short where a quality forward would probably have nicked a goal and certainly contributed a lot more
- Lack of substitutions

Is this what progress sounds like?

re bayern

doubtful, they will romp the first leg get out of sight, get compalcent in the 2nd and we will beat them and come within an odd goal of getting level, as they have taken their foot off the gas. queue wild celebration and bollox about how its a turning point, and the akbs bleating on and using it a s a refernce point, queue ground hog day of however many season you care to remember.

repeat ad fucking nauseum until AW pops his clogs as thats the only way he will be leaving this club, be it manger or board member.

Have thought we needed a new manager for few years now but tonight really showed me that Arsene is a bottler and I said to my son after 25 mins that this game had 0-0 written all over it, in fact I stopped watching after 70 mins and did some invoicing, that's how boring and predictable we are and I have supported us since '75.

Fuck me giroud is slow, in fact without theo everything is slow, it's like watching a sloth in a mating ritual

We put in a little bit of a flourish to finish without ever having them on the ropes so no doubt the brainwashed will cling to that as lasting evidence of us being unlucky not to win the game.

If ever there was a statement of Wenger's satisfaction with mediocrity it's his combined substitution tally of 1 from Chelsea and United at home.

maybe the AKB's can tell me why Everton, Stoke, Sunderland, Swansea, Newcastle, Liverpool and the spuds (spit) can all beat Man United this year and we can't even score against them ????

I think wenger is the new Don Howe, remember how DH squandered the talent of Tony Woodcock, Paul Mariner, ViV Anderson, Kenny Samson, Steve Williams (all England Internationals at the time...) ?

we really were dreadful to watch despite all that talent - Adams and Davis were brought through by him too.

Its the same as Howe, his legacy just gets more and more tainted with every failure.

its very sad. i'd like to see him leave now with Dignity. that would be The Arsenal Way.

He is a stubborn, proud, egotistical, arrogant fucker. He would rather try to prove some fucked up point than swallow his pride and actually give us the best possible shot of winning some silverware.

Liverpool won tonight 3-2.

They have scored 28 goals more than us in 26 games.

I fancy them now to overtake us into 3rd, maybe even 2nd.

our squad has more talent and youth. its a crying shame.

I think its about time that the BSM, Supporters Trust, AISA etc. politely requested Wengers resignation for the sake of the club and its fans.
