Wenger Out protest thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Mobile billboard first, if we have more funds, we do the plane fly over. Lets setup the crowd funding page. Ready to contribute :barscarf:

btw this is my first post, no time for pleasantries though. This is serious business.

The flyover seems to ben the best idea.

A billboard can easily be vandelised

Matt pursue the plane thing...you know which weekend right...I will work on the fundraiser page will hopefully have it up later tonight. We need to get the money...we can just keep the fundraiser page running as we might attract more & more dissenters the more publicity we get.

yes sounds good to me, I will get on it today.

For info, if the weather conditions are not good and the flight cannot happen we wont get charged and can look at another time, all dependant on weather...

Count me in for £25.00 - prefer the mobile billboard as less chance of it getting vandalised.

Plane option good for publicity an impact.

Anyway, anyhow, anywhere you choose is good with me.

I'm told the PSG players were attacked by their own fans when they returned to Paris the other night so anyone who says what Arsenal fans are doing is disgraceful or disrespectful needs to look elsewhere.

Its a shame Wenger hasnt been more appreciative of the support he has had at this club instead of making snipey comments.

If there is money in the kitty, how about varying tactics and letting off 1,000 red balloons with Wenger Out printed on them outside Colney or somewhere ?

He looks down on us, described the previous protest as "noise"
Thought the shareholders at the agm 6 or 7 years ago should be happy because the share price had gone up  money is his God.

Can we find out what it costs and if nobody else can I will set up a paypal "Wenger Out" fund and we can contribute and get it up. If we want specific artwork, I know a graphic designer who will do it for free. Is this a go or not??
Yup!

Keep on doing the basics (But keep our eye o the ball and any developments we move quickly to counter-act and match - We Do 'Tactics' - and match their Approach and Output - If they start playing dirty - which they already have btw - Using ex-layers o call us 'dis-respectful and to try and Divide and Rule us - By the use of certain words and use amended history (ie: Un-truths) to try and convince the un-decided to stay on Wenger's side of the fence.

So we keep doing the basics 24/7

Marching
Chanting
Shouting
Keeping the neighbours awake as it were
=
Writing
E-mailing
Texting - Newspapers, Radio Shows, TV Interviews, All The Social Media available to us.

There are more of Us then Them/Him and so keep it up 24/7 - it Really IS Time - That Time we have all been longing for - WE can now Make It Happen.

Also to have prepared statements juust like the club have - they have been peddling the same old tripe for years, we can just hand it all back to them (via the media0 on a plate with a healthy portion of 'Fucck You we are NOT going away'

Again amongst us there will be those who are IT Savvy, or Media Savvy etc there are those who are Creative - good at coming up with ideas to 'ramp Up the Pressure' WE are a Team - so we need to not get all 'precious' over our ideas or the mind stuff of wanting to be In Charge, that's another way they can try and Divide and rule and so overcome.

Keep It Clean - Keep It Focused - Keep It 24/7. :barscarf:

This 100% we need to have a plan of attack that works at the base level e.g. the protest marching and chanting but we also need another level which is our plan of action when we are not playing and what to do when the media get involved.

One thing that might be helpful is a website (again this an idea only) it could have links to banners or posters to print off, dates of protests etc or links to sign petitions and donate to the fund . Also it could have our ethos and why we are protesting in the first place which ties into what has been mentioned above with the prepared statements.

This has only come to light after me and a friend have been looking for a link to any posters or something to print off to take tomorrow and couldn't find anything. A website could have it all and more on!

Whatever happens we are getting our word out and that is all that matters!

I think one of those Mobile Advertising Hoardings is a most excellent idea! - Even drive behind wenger wherever he goes  Follow That car and Don't Spare The Horses Arf! Arf! What Ho! :flag:

We could even have a'little' thing at the very bottom that says something along the lines of:

"Sponsored By 3 Generations of Gooners For The good Of The Club"

or "Because We Care"
