Olivier Giroud - Another Alan Smith or "Le Chapman"?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Nah I am married and I like women
first thought: methinks the lady doth protest too much.
Then worried that was a little presumptuous, possibly even rude.
And that Shakespeare references are actually pretty gay anyway.

then thought: married AND you like women? Are you married to a man?
then again thought that was excessively familiar in it's cheekiness

now drunk and struggling slightly for banter
sure i had something appropriate and funny
but forgotten it whilst writing the rest...
typical JD verbose overwaffle

fek it, I'll have another drink

Drink sir, is a great provoker of three things….nose painting, sleep and urine.

and scored just a few goals in his one season,
how many did Giroud get? Over 15 FFS, hardly a fair comparison

surprised others haven't noticed TBH, I thought it was obvious,
that could just be anti-Brum prejudice and confirmation bias at work...
In fairness, you're not the first to comment on Smudger (I'm sure it's been discussed on here plenty of times in the past?)

Never noticed it myself though. I like Smith, but then again he's the spitting image of my bother, so perhaps there's confirmation bias at work there as well
Smudger hating us ammo: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/footba ... me=2496355
seriously - EVERY SINGLE DEFENDER SPERZ?!?! pure deluded BS.
He was obv trying to make a point (not very well, our defence was clearly better than theirs)

How has he managed to fit 4 Spurs defenders in despite overlooking Vertonghen who is probably their best defender? Granted this was around the time we started putting form together but Walker and Caulker are both overrated and the Scum fans I have the misfortune of knowing have conceded that Assou-Ekotto is not as good as he's been talked up for the last few seasons.

amazing not picking Vertonghen
and if you wanna pick a RB purely on historic form Bac was a shoe in!
