Pretty much worked out that way for them with ozil did it not, so they might be hoping for something similar here where we still pay some of their wages!
A pretty underwhelming transfer window so far. At least we used to get linked with decent players that we never ended up signing. Now even the players we are being linked with but won’t sign are shit!

Thing is though, they play in different positions and Aouar is more of a centre midfielder suited to playing the 8 position alongside partey (when fit), where as maddison is more of a 10
