The problem is our fanbase. Too gutless. Go and show them what you really think about situation at club. But majority still thinks Wenger is genius and 4th place is trophy.

I said it at the time - this specialist in failure quip from Mourinho was his usual marionette act, designed to play on Wenger's stubbornness. He doesn't hate Wenger, he just knows that if he winds him right up Wenger will become even more stubbornly entrenched in his mindset and will be even more reluctant in the transfer market and be even more determined to beat Chelsea by playing this fantasy attacking football that never comes off against the likes of City or Chelsea.

And sure enough on their next meeting Wenger ignores form, historical lessons and all common sense and sets us up to get carved open. For both the first two goals we had players bombing forward without a second thought for defending, even after Mourinho's hard midfield pressing game saw them rob us of the ball we should never be in that much danger losing it in the opposition half, especially not in the first 10 minutes.

Its difficult, especially when we could win the FA Cup and are still top four but....

Something needs to be set up before Wenger signs this contract. I've said again and again - only fan pressure, which will be picked up by the media will, by virtue of the fact that it hits his ego will ensure he goes.

But, having said that - this new bumper Wenger contract is probably signed already. Just hasnt been announced.

Just fuck off now. Failing that, let the *word censored* win the FA Cup, finish on a decent note thereby ending this drought and then fuck right off.

even after Mourinho's hard midfield pressing game saw them rob us of the ball! they didn't rob us we gave it away in a dangerous area which we have been doing for years now my hand is very sore from hitting walls , tables , doors whenever this happens! I am not into stats but I would like to know how many goals we have gifted the opposition by giving the ball away in stupid areas when there was easier options available , and whilst on the subject why do we insist on passing the ball to another player who is immediately under pressure when it would have been easier to keep the ball and move upfield a bit

I personally don't agree with the hysteria over the £40m+1 bid but not going further was fucking weak. Despite their militant approach they would have sold, they were bullied into selling Torres mid-season and with Suarez basically willing to go on strike.

Ozil was a massive coup and I think he will prove what a world class talent he is. But imo we couldn't justify not signing Suarez for £50-55m (personally I think we definitely would have got him) but spending over £40m on another fucking creative midfielder.

Liverpool 82 goals (fucking hell)
City 76 goals
Chelsea 62 goals

Arsenal 53 goals

And yet I keep reading about this exciting football that Wenger has brought to the club??
Well yes he did but that was about 10 years ago.

Van Persie left 2 years ago and has not been replaced.
By strange coincidence we have not won a big match since.
For this reason alone Wenger should resign at the end of the season.

Wenger was an innovator and taught the PL and other clubs and managers many important lessons. However, he's not been willing to learn anything. The world has moved on and we've still got 20th Century Wenger.

Tonight he'll go home, pour some Radox bath salts into his avocado bath before settling down to some Findus Crispy Pancakes with Smash, followed by Black Forest Gateaux, convinced that filofaxes are the answer and that this new fangled interweb thing will never catch on.

And tomorrow he'll stick on the spag bol and wash it down with a nice glass of Asti Spumante.
Prawn Cocktail to start with a lovely sherry trifle for dessert
Stick on an Elton cassette and Bosh! Sorted!

I reckon we'd have got him for 41 or 42 mill. Like Ozil. 45 maybe.
It was the +1 that did it. That +1 insulted and solidified Liverpool against it. 50 million +1 would have had the same effect I believe.

28 league goals. No penalties. AND he missed the first 6 games
He WANTED to sign for us.

I know hes a *word censored* and I know I keep banging on about this but just a typical Wenger low-ball non-attempt to sign a player.

Liverpool have scored more league goals than us even WITHOUT the 28 goals Suarez has scored for them this season

Only a "Specialist in Failure" could fuck up an FA Cup containing a lower half PL team who spent last year in the championship, a Championship and League 1 club

Go on ARSENE....do your worst
