As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Quite possibly and long overdue its possible the board have realised that Wengers time is up.
arsenalnewsreview.co.uk reckons the board are split into Kroenke plsu various others on one side wanting Wenger to stay, and various others wanting Wenger to leave.
What's up with the date on ANR? Says its April 2014...
Have I missed something??
Frank Mclintock in the papers this morning saying if the fans are not careful they will drive le cock out of the club and cited the "dont know what you are doing" chant - that was the first day of the season ffs and he has got a totally free pass ever since despite the thrashings we have received since I wouldnt mind but later in the piece McLintock went on to complain about things that are under the managers remit
On one of the radio stations over here (think it was Today FM) they stated after saturdays game that if this was any other big club the fans would have caused a riot by now and driven the manager out of the club and they actually said that there are too many tourists attending our games and that is resulting in wenker getting a free pass for his fcuk ups
This morning I am back to a state of despair again - last night I allowed myself to get excited at the thoughts of the twitter rumours about him leaving at the end of the season being true, but now having had more time to reflect properly, I have realised that these rumours are just another load of bullshit from w*nkers on twitter looking for some attention
My own feeling is that Wenger lost Gazidis some time ago, but that Stan backs him. And agree that they'd have a panic attack if he left. This will be taught in management schools in the future, the "Arsene Wenger scenario" where a manager makes himself indispensable to an absent owner and weak board for whom the only consideration is money. And the fans let him get away with it, so the con trick works.
I'm a glass half empty person by nature, so I reckon Wenger has no plans at all to leave, and will spend about half the reported £100 million dangled in front of fans' eyes on some French never-will-bes and maybe one marquee signing at best. Rinse and repeat.
even if we fail to win the FA Cup, fail to get into the top 4 and dont spend any money this summer then supporters will still won't mind seeing him sign a new contract and the club will still sell all of its season tickets.
"If wenger does not sign a new contract and the new boss ruins us as a team and club I will lol at all you wanting him out...
...There ent no one available good enough for the arsenal job..They all under contract.and all these people saying Bergkamp or Adams wake up ffs..not proven managers never will be.." - some fool on FB.
I really despair However I' not saying Adams or Bergkamp should be our replacement options.
haha the Arsenal website is back up and running - things getting back to normal
i see Arteta has put a grovelling apology on there - I won't actually bother to read what he has to say -no doubt it will mention "mental strength" and a "need to respond"
I wonder who will post the apology next Monday after we lose to City.

To put it simply, our once promising looking season will be looking horrendous if we don't take at least 4 points from Swansea and City! and if we lose to Wigan....well I can't even begin to imagine the backlash
