As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

We are seeing the signs of a desparate man who is beginning to realise the game is up!
I believe now more than ever that we will be shot of him by xmas or early january, what a wonderful xmas pressie thet would be and a great way to start the new year.
Your having a laugh? Who do you want as manager then?
Hughes abused him all game, ive heard a rumour that Hughes laughed when the city fans sung THE song that the United fans sung last time we were up there - so, if that was true, should Wenger shake his hand? Would you shake the hand of someone like that? Its not sportmanship, its personal abuse.
I think walking away its more of a manly thing to do than shake hands with an idiot like that., Wenger is honest as the day is long and not a hypocrite - a great man regardless of what you think of him as manager.
As regards to comments "he doesnt care about the fans" What bollocks, he has given us fans memorys no other manager has, yes we all want more, but comments like that are comments of a very fickle supporter.
As for who do I want as manager I've given numerous suggestions in the past, and quite frankly now, I would take just about anybody in order to see the back of Wenger.
As for the Hughes laughing at the chants, you have no evidence whatsoever to support that statement. I heard a rumour Wenger slipped his hand down shaun wright philips underpants, utter bollocks of course, but just as substantiated as your statement.
The fact is Wenger is one of the sorest losers in the Premiership, his comments after the Chavs game being a perfect example. No manager likes losing, however Wenger needs to accept defeat with the same grace he accepts victory, if not only because he is going to have to get used to the former.
And pussies don't like dicks, because pussies get fucked by dicks.
But, dicks also fuck assholes! Assholes who just want to shit on everything!
Pussies may think they can deal with assholes their way. But the only thing that can fuck an asshole is a dick, with some balls.
The problem with dicks is: they fuck too much or fuck when it isn't appropriate - and it takes a pussy to show them that. But sometimes, pussies can be so full of shit that they become assholes themselves... because pussies are an inch and half away from ass holes.
I don't know much about this crazy, crazy world, but I do know this: If you don't let us fuck this asshole, we're going to have our dicks and pussies all covered in shit!
Every time someone suggests he should go, the who is there out there to replace him question pops up even though every time the question is asked a whole list of qualified people are suggeted, yet the question is always asked like no one has an answer to it.
What he did last night on the scale of things is pretty petty, but its part of a bigger picture that is getting more and more sour and more and more bitter. I'm guessing its the pressure of so long without success and the failure to prove everyone wrong that's behind this, which makes you wonder what the f*ck he'd be doing if he actually had any pressure put on him to deliver success, as every other manager does from those that run the clubs.
If he gets any worse i'm half expecting something like a scene out of Carrie to occur, all that rage and anger turned into some special powers throwing people around with his mind and collapsing the stadium whilst he stands in the middle of the mayhem with a crazy stare I just hope they are checking him for weapons when he goes to the dug out otherwise we could end up seeing the first touchline mass murder after our next unexpected defeat.

Your avatar could be aw peeking into Tony Pulis' dressing room this weekend
Wenger was stupid and childish last night and he let himself down big time
Personally, and I said this the time wenger had the run in with pardew, I would much much rather wenger deck hughes last nite than behave like a spoiled child storming away. I think he should have shook the *word censored* hand but if he was so incensed bu hughes's actions then man up and hit the *word censored*. I think his reaction mirrors that of our players who walk away from tough situations rather than dealing with them like men at the time
Hmmm... apparently Wenger went straight over to their dug-out and shook hands with all of the Welsh *word censored*'s back-room staff, and if the grey-haired *word censored* would have been there, instead of being on the pitch, celebrating their 'brilliant' win as if they'd won the bastard cup, I believe he would have shook that tosser's hand also.
What was Wenger suppose to do, wait for a minute or so, until Hughes appeared back on the touchline? Waiting there for him, looking like a dickhead?
It also appeared that Sky did a clever bit of editing, on this, and just showed Hughes waving at Wenger walking back down the tunnel.

Or he could walk the three yards up to Hughes?
Just an idea Frank!
Yeah, I know, mate, but I've only just heard this bit of news. I've already posted, pages earlier, on this thread, that he should have shook the *word censored*'s hand, I, relunctantly would have, but I just thought this, 'may' put a different light on the matter in hand. (no pun intended)
