I appreciate your point though... whatever money we get for Nasri won't be spent if we go out. But, as a consolation, we probably wouldn't spend it even if we got past Udinese
This morning Wenger has said that we could promote from within to replace Nasri.
So there you go, paving the way for no spending whatsoever and 60 odd million will disappear into the ether at Arsenal again.
Next season we'll have the standard '20m inc. wages' to spend.
