Manure Away match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Positive Spin :

If we get beat - we'll only be 1 point worse off out of same 3 fixtures last year.

If we draw - we'll have same

If we win - Arsene knew all along  (my fuck anyone can win a one off game)

I am in the Wenger out camp big time but after qualifing for CL there is no way he's gettin the bullet any time soon. So I think its time to get behind the manager of the decade and suppose we'll have to judge him in May AGAIN. All the negativity can't be good for the team. Did none of you's see the secret

No. FUCK IT. Hes had enough time.
Its time for change. It would do the club a world of good to get someone new in charge.
Bring a whole new, fresh atmosphere and positivity. Theres always that "new manager" effect that seems to get more out of the players.

I'd take Rijkaard if available but couldn't see him leaving Saudi for the Arsenal.

My sentiments too.

But it aint gonna happen now since CL qualification. So I will get behind him (not for entry of course IHH - Mr Pun).

Only way he may go is if we start getting tonkings to shit teams on regular basis - I don't want him gone that much.

At the end of the day we are a 3 or 4 quality signings away from being onto something and of course some tactical nouse.

Does anyone know whether it is safe to wear Arsenal colours and shirts at the ground tomorrow or is this likely to start trouble outside the ground?

Can be scuffles outside ground if my past visit was anything to go by. Maybe wear a jacket on top of shirt outside ground if you are worried?

My team prediction, with Sagna listed as ill:

--------------------------Szcseny-----------------

----Jenkinson-------Djourou------Vermaelen-------Traore----

---------------Rosicky-------------Coquelin-------------------

--Walcott------------------Ramsey-------------------Arshavin-------

-----------------------------Van Persie-------------------------------

Subs: Fabianski, Squillachi, Ozyakup, Chamakh, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Miayaichi

My boss and one of the other lads i work with are both Manc fans. The only plus side is tomorrow is a bank holiday and they have the attention span of typical manc fans so will have forgotten the result by tuesday, hopefully :)
