ROFL ha ha ha ha ha ha
Does Mario speak French btw??

ROFL, seriously? Are you a teenage girl by chance?
Maybe he will, maybe he won't, the fact that he didn't spend 13.5m on a World Cup Squad Player is enough to tell you that maybe he didn't fancy him as much as we wanted him to and perhaps confirms what I suggested in him holding on to the money for who he really wants.
Your point about Hazard has no relivance, his club would not sell him when we knew Nasri was off, talking point over.
Time will tell I guess.
LOL some classic AKB delusion going on here!!!!
So lemme get this right. Wenger didn't really want a top class, young World Cup winner in his squad for £13.5 million. So perhaps Arsene just didn't fancy this player so much. What he did fancy doing instead though, was to spend £14 million on a kid from League 1, who isn't yet trusted enough to start Carling Cup matches. Riiiiight great logic there. Arsene Knows.
What do you mean Lille would not sell Hazard? Nonsense. Lille would sell but the price was set at £25 million and Wenger did not want to pay it. Get your facts straight or else failing that, go read what Lille President Michel Seydoux had to say about it: Lille named their price, Arsenal wouldn't match it. You've just made up a fact about Lille refusing to sell - it was more Wenger not wanting to pay the £25 mil asking price. Don't let the facts get in the way mind....
Oh and your dismissive description of Mata as a 'World Cup squad player' is comical. What are you suggesting he was not good enough for us? Aaaah perhaps Wenger had his eye on North Korea border patrol officer for Seoul, Park Choo-Young. Heh. Or perhaps he was more focused on 'never been a World Cup squad player, or even an international squad player' Mikel Arteta? Is that it?
Aaaaah but perhaps you're right and as you suggest it merely 'confirms what you suspected', which is that 'Arsene is holding on to the money for who he really wants'. Perhaps he's still holding on to that £41 mil we received from Citeh for Kolo and Ade, as he keeps saying there is no 'super quality' in the market!!! So if he can hold on to the Cesc + Nasri cash, and add that to the Ade + Kolo cash he's still hanging onto...according to Gunnersaurus logic, Arsene must be waiting for some incredible player since by my calculations there's at least £90 million in transfer fees there.
Oh right. I think he's waiting for MESSI!!!!!
He he he he.....

Correct, he clearly thought Chamberlin has it in him to do big things, maybe he learned from his mistakes with say Ronaldo, you would have had him no?
You can bang on about Mata being a World Cup winner but in reality he's not worthy of the title as he played very little part in it, stop trying to justify him with that tag, he's a good player but if you asked the support who they would prefer out of him, Goetze and Hazard then very few will say him.
You are also showing complete ignorance in comparing signing Mata to signing Park, I'm not even gonna warrant it with another comment.
Wow. Just when I thought you couldn't outdo yourself, you've surpassed yourself ambassador! Errr....
'Mata only stands out as he's the only player like that at Chelsea'.
So when Cesc was the only player looking like the business for so long at Arsenal, was that any reflection on his actual ability? Of course not, what a load of nonsense! And yes, Mata is a World Cup winner. Who cares how much part he played - how much of a part did David Silva play then? That's right, not very much. He's still the best player in the Premier League though, so your point is abject I'm afraid.
Or perhaps Arteta is a better example still, since you seem so dismissive of Mata's winners' medal, where was Arteta back at that time then? Oh right.
Your Ronaldo simile is very strange.
Strange because Wenger had refused to pay £13 mil for Ronaldo. So you think he didn't wanna get stung again by, erm, opting to pay £14 mil for a kid from League 1 who's not trusted to start Carling Cup matches at times eh? What a bizarre point. Ronaldo was good enough to play in the Man United first team squad once he arrived. So your justification of Wenger blowing his load on Oxpot, is that he 'learned from the Ronaldo situation'?
But surely if he'd learned from that, he'd have paid the £13 mil for Mata then? Oh of course, doesn't suit your argument, my apologies!!!
The final point you make, which is 'ask any of the fans who they'd prefer out of Mata/Hazard/Goetze' is an incredibly forlorn one. I just have no clue what this means.
Arsenal had a deal of £13.5 mil agreed for Mata and did not pay up prior to his clause expiry. That's a fact. So if Mata isn't as good as you suggest, why did Wenger waste upwards of a month negotiating a fee for him?
And your comparisons to Hazard/Goetze are, apologies, but they are ridiculous. You're saying Mata isn't worth the hassle because most fans would prefer Hazard and Goetze anyways. There are two problems with this theory.
The first, is that you obviously don't watch enough French football, as it is clear as fuck that there is no way in hell that here and now, Hazard is a better player than Mata. That simply isn't true and you obviously don;t watch Lille or any Ligue 1.
The second, and more outlandish point, is claiming Mata is no big loss since the implication is that we are going for better in Hazard/Goetze instead. So you're basing your theory on Arsenal's potential of signing two players who will never sign for us in any case!!! Goetze will never, ever, ever join Arsenal and you can quote me on that. I'll be happy to be corrected on that one if it ever happens. Goetze is too good for Arsenal.
If Chris Smalling and Phil Jones don't think Arsenal is the place to be, why would Goetze?
Signing Mata over summer would have made Arsenal a better and more dangerous, creative side than they are now. We wouldn't struggle to scrape a 0-0 at home to Marseille as much imo, we'd break down teams easier than we do now. By not signing Mata, Arsenal are weaker than they would have been, and the real risk is of playing Europa League next season.
Hence your whole 'Arsene is waiting for Hazard/Goetze instead' is going to look rather foolish when Arsenal are travelling to Kyrgyzstan for a Europa League group game!!!
It's like a man saying he turned down Donna Air last night because 'I am waiting for Gisele to become available in 2015'.
He he he he he.....
