If this was anyone else, if he was found guilty he would get a jail sentence. What you need to remember is that the case isn't about whether or not he owes tax (that's a given, and he will have to repay it). The case is to decide whether he knowingly evaded it.
In a case like this, the only way he could get off would be if he could prove someone else (like the accountant) did it without him knowing, but seeing as nobody knew about the account for fuck knows how long he is totally fucked
The maximum sentence would be about 7 years but he will probably get 2 years and have to do 6 months before getting bail
But this is wheeler dealer 'Arry, he'll probably sell David Bentley to the judge for a laaaavely fee to get off
