we'll be up against. Not the fastest so I imagine our pacey midfield should be able to craft a few chances on the counter. I just can't see us containing Ribery/Robben/Shaqiri/Muller however.

I can understand why some would want us to do badly. A defeat tonight might delay the signing of a contract extension. A heavy defeat over the two legs might even hasten Wengers departure.
But you don't play Bayern (the best team in Europe?) every week, so personally, I want us to do well....for Arsenal, for gooners everywhere, albeit not necessarily for Wenger.
Last chance of a trophy of course, and if Liverpool, Porto and the Chelsea of last season can win it then of course we can do as well.... Keep the faith !!

I too can't understand this mentality of wanting us to lose. I never want us to lose any fucking game. And in all honesty if you think us losing a few games will see Sith Lord Venger out the door any sooner you are deluded. Venger has so much control over Modern Arsenal that only one man will decide when his time is up, and that man is Venger. If our spineless money-grubbing Board were to judge him on footballing failure he'd have been long gone.
