What needless language, although I guess that it would come under "violent conduct secondary to a challenge for the ball". Cannot see them charging him though because Moyes (and no doubt) Ferguson will kick up a right fuss if they did, and Mackay took the decision on the chin in the interview (probably because they rescued a result).Brady's left peg wrote:I know the FA have changed some of the rules now with regard to retrospective action... see link below. How the fuck has Rooney not got a red card? Anybody who scoffs at the suggestion United don't get favourable reffing decisions needs to be forced to watch that on repeat because any other player away from home would have been straight off. Even worse is ref bottled it completely and booked him so even though he aims a full kick at the bloke miles away from the ball he won't be banned. Shit result for United though, especially leading twice they'll be gutted to interrupt their winning run.
A bit like the ref then eh!![]()

Also I'm very interested to see this Rooney "tackle" that Moyes, Rooney and every impartial pundit has mentioned. Does anybody know if it was before or after he booted the Cardiff player 10 yards away from the ball?
