How is this sort of lies, allowed to be spread, even John Cross would cringe at this bullshit.
Haha that is ridiculous. But congratualtions to the guy for getting a record number of Wenger myths into one article. Ranging from Wenger making sacrifices to him building us a stadium.

I'm sure if asked the author of this classc piece would deny being a Wenger fan more than he is an Arsenal fan but anyone who says: ''I will quite happily take a lifetime of no trophies under Wenger than have to endure five minutes of Mourinho, even if you told me it would guarantee a treble'' cant really be anything else.

"The best thing about Mourinho's comments was how he conveniently ignored the fact that Arsenal had to fork out hundreds and millions for a new stadium. Funds were naturally going to be tight for the next few seasons. And yet Wenger STILL managed to secure top 4 finishes every season...despite constant batterings from the media and many Arsenal fans the whole time. He just carried on about his business and never once blamed the stadium even though we all knew that was the reason. Now that's what you call being professional.

You may be a master tactician but your titles at Chelsea with unlimited funds can't even begin to compare to Wenger's achievements over the past 8 years. But then you wouldn't know anything about having 'limited funds' would you Jose. In fact I'm betting that had you been in Wenger's shoes you would have been straight out that door during the first season, throwing your dummies out about how you weren't being given money to sign players.

You're not even worthy of shining Wenger's shoes mate so just pipe down and continue living in your fantasy world of football along with those plastic fans of yours. And all this coming from a die hard Spurs fan...well that says it all really!"

Quality post from Spurs fan I thought.

Maureenio won the CL with Porto, who have bugger all to spend compared to Arsenal and probably a third of our wage budget..

He was spot on about Wonga - Arsene is a man who believes coming 4th is success. It is failure, failure to even compete the majority of the time.

A Spurs fan who, in my opinion, is talking from a position of ignorance regarding our financial position.

Wenger won this battle and made Mourinho look like the utter *word censored* that everyone knows he is.

Thought Arsene handled this perfectly. Didn't lower himself to Moron's level. Whatever the truth or otherwise of Moron's comments, he overstepped the mark badly. There is an unwritten code of conduct between managers because they all know how tough the job is and how slim the margins between success and failure can be and also that any one of them could be next for the bullet. There is a line they don't cross when talking about other managers and Moron crossed it like he was fucking playing Hokey Cokey. Moron came across as crass, stupid, bitter and petty.

Basically he's a burst hedgehog of the kind you find hanging out of the arse-end of a crack ho riddled with syphilis. :censored:

Cannot agree with you there DB -

It is well known that le cock was having a swipe at moaninho so why did he ? Why start a slagging match if you are not prepared to accept the comeback from the portugese c*nt ? That wenker decided to go down the route of having a pop at moaninho is bad enough but to do so from a weak standing makes him look stupid imo. He might try to take the "holier than thou" I never mentioned the portugese c*nt, but everyone knows who he was talking about and the hacks on sunday supplement last weekend all said the same thing.
Wenker started a fight by making a comment on other managers and other clubs and he had no place doing so - he should sort his own mess out first (comments were made after 5-1 scouseland beating and the pathetic 0-0 v manure) before having a pop at others

I do agree with Augie. I didn't originally see Wenger's quotes and the BBC article on Mourinho's response didn't really give any detail of what Wenger had said at all.

But having seen the quotes it was clear he was referring to Mourinho and it was just needless. Of course Mourinho is an absolute twat and it in no way justified the response - he didn't just overstep the mark, he completely ignored the general unwritten rule between managers and it was grossly disproportionate at best. But Wenger has a view on everything and he's always whining about other clubs and obsessed with what's going on everywhere else. The 'voyeur' quotes back in 2005 really riled Wenger but there was a lot of truth behind what Mourinho said. Wenger loved analysing and publicly passing judgement on other clubs and individuals back then and he still does now.

For all his faults he will never ever be a patch on the unpalatable individual that Mourinho is. But his obsession with what's happening everywhere else is reflected in the fact that he has been hung up on the notion that we 'can't compete' with X, Y or Z for whatever reason rather than just focusing on his own house and doing the best he can for AFC with what's available.

2 Prem titles, an FA Cup and 2 League Cups for Mourinho v's sweet FA for Wenger

That whole post reads like its written by a Wenger supporter. Are you saying Wenger supporters are Spurs fans? :rubchin:

Maybe some AKB's took the 'Fuck off and support Spuds' thing a little too literally.
