This ^. What possible unfair advantage did they gleam from it? UEFA are just as shit as FIFA.

Hate Celtic. If you've ever sat in a pub with Oirish Celtic "fans" (average age about 20, average IQ about 12) singing IRA and anti-British songs you'll see that they have one of the biggest mong followings in football, especially in Oireland. Equally hate their bitter bastard sectarian friends Rangers. Fuck both clubs. :x
I love how Celtic think they're a big club because they win the SPL but fail to mention they're the only team in it. Their self righteousness is laughable.

+1...hate the misty eyed s**t that goes on about them in Ireland.. people who claim to support Man utd, Liverpool and even Arsenal using phrases like "my other team"... remember working with a Victim fan who said he didn't know who to support when they played Celtic in UEFA Cup as it was then. :banghead: :banghead:

Besiktas, away first leg. I know the idea of an intimidating atmosphere will worry some people but they are cack. Just need to avoid a chaotic performance in the first leg.

Demba Ba joined them recently but in reality these games are or should be a formality.

Don't talk nonsense. European Cup Winners with a massive support worldwide. They're a huge club.

I'm not saying that the European Cup win is worthless in this debate - it's not - but is it also an automatic qualifier for the likes of Forest, Villa, Hamburg, Steaua, Red Star, Marseille?

Nottingham Forest are European Cup winners too, they have won three European trophies compared to Celtic's one, doesn't make them a big club anymore does it?

Celtic are successful in their own domestic league and had success at a higher level in the past but they are not a huge footballing club.
