Yep - and those 500 people left inside the stadium at the end will be so upset they'll only spend £30 each in The Armoury on their way homeGunnersaurus wrote:Maybe so but their defence is equally as shot, I'm not saying we will win but if we don't there will be no hiding place as not only are they not that good anymore but they are more crippled with injuries than we are.

What are the odds that McNair and Blackett somehow look like Beckenbaeur and Baresi on Saturday?SteveO 35 wrote:People were saying the same last season and we barely produced a shot worthy of the name in 2 matches against themGunnersaurus wrote:Blind injured his knee tonight and is out, De Gea dislocated his finger and is out, most of their defence are out, Falcao is supposed to be out, if we don't get a result against them in this form and condition then the whole ground will meltdown like never before.
Whilst their defence is shit Rooney, Van Persie, Di Maria, Valencia, Mata & chums will still tear our pathetic back line a new one

A 69 year old Beckenbauer and a 54 year old Baresi would still look good marking Sanogo.northbank123 wrote:What are the odds that McNair and Blackett somehow look like Beckenbaeur and Baresi on Saturday?SteveO 35 wrote:People were saying the same last season and we barely produced a shot worthy of the name in 2 matches against themGunnersaurus wrote:Blind injured his knee tonight and is out, De Gea dislocated his finger and is out, most of their defence are out, Falcao is supposed to be out, if we don't get a result against them in this form and condition then the whole ground will meltdown like never before.

1. International break
2. The amount of money spent by United in summer
3. Their "defensive tactics"
4. The cost of living crisis

Re: MAN UTD HOME
Michael Carrick will be made to look so good, there'll be talk of an Ingerlund call up
I remember the same Rio Ferdinand who looks like a frail old pensioner now, a year earlier being hailed as a genius after our limp dicked wimps barely laid a shot on goal

Its quite funny listening to people building up the consequences of a defeat here - this is the man who had us 17th at the start of 2011-12 before doing a mad trolley dash and buying up a whole heap of shite
He's got almost 3 years left on that deal...as if Stan the Greedy Odious Man would even consider giving him the elbow

Re: MAN UTD HOME
Personally I don't see us losing this at all, and if blind, de gea and falcao are out then I can actually see us winning BUT, god forbid anything happens to sanchez in the meantime cos then we will be royally fcuked

Will Sanchez even be able to start Chile are playing in Chile on Wednesday night (Thursday morning UK time) so at the earliest he'll get back to England on Friday morning.

You'd hope their manager would do the sensible thing and restrict his minutes.

It's not hard to grasp, for all the anger on forums like this, inside the ground you hear very little unrest other than small pockets of it, the tide is defiantly turning and Villa last year was a big turning point, now it's bubbling over and looking to explode again after a shocking Summer.SteveO 35 wrote:Its quite funny listening to people building up the consequences of a defeat here - this is the man who had us 17th at the start of 2011-12 before doing a mad trolley dash and buying up a whole heap of shite

Regardless of how long he has left, if the crowd turn on him he's gone and up to now that hasn't looked like happening on a large scale but this game could be where it finally happens if it goes bad.
When we lost 8-2 to United we pretty much had a Carling Cup side out so that could always be hidden behind even of it is not acceptable, United are in that position now so a limp defeat will be his lowest lows and I can't see the unrest being kept to small pockets in the ground.

After the last 2 games and with it being United he could probably fly to England and get a cab to the ground and Wenger will start him, he's a desperate man and needs to win this.VAVAVOOM 14 wrote:Wasn't aware of that FFS.clockendlower wrote:Will Sanchez even be able to start Chile are playing in Chile on Wednesday night (Thursday morning UK time) so at the earliest he'll get back to England on Friday morning.

Not sure how accurate the source is, but they look like they are trying to challenge us for the Injuries Cup:
Blow for Manchester United as Carrick, Blind and De Gea all unlikely to face Arsenal

Blind and De Gea are certainly out. Unsure about Carrick.TurnipMasher wrote:Not sure how accurate the source is, but they look like they are trying to challenge us for the Injuries Cup:

And yet again when le cock desperately needs a big result, the gods have shined on him as a weak manure team have been weakened even further by injuries to key players - there really is no end to this c.unts good fortune at times like this
We will absolutely piss over this manure team now, and all will be rosy and bright in the akb gardens

I wouldn't worry too much Augie, we'll still give them three points regardless of the side that they put out.
We are in the same position with Manure that the spuds were with us for 10 years. We have a psychological block with them and have usually lost before the game even starts.
