Fuck me - are we due to beat these c.unts or not?

MATCH FACTS
Head-to-head

•Chelsea are unbeaten in eight league meetings since Arsenal won 5-3 in October 2011 (W5, D3).
•Guus Hiddink inflicted Arsenal's heaviest ever Premier League defeat at the Emirates when his Chelsea side won 4-1 in May 2009.
•Three of the last four Premier League meetings at the Emirates have ended goalless. The other game was a 2-1 Chelsea win.
•If the Gunners fail to score on Sunday it will equal their longest run without a goal versus any opponent in the Premier League (six games v Liverpool, 1997-2000).

In answer to your question, Yes 2 - 0. Every now & again we play really well. We've had our couple of weeks treading water, we'll step up tomorrow. Fall on our face next week cause we'll be a leeetle bit jaded but tomorrow is ours. Fucking HATE these pricks.

We're definitely due a win over Chelsea but that doesn't mean we will :)

Of course I hope we do and I think it will be 2-0.

I'd like to reserve the right to change my opinion on the score after 15mins or when they score. :barscarf: :barscarf:

october 2011 was a dream. was in the upper tier that day, the feeling when it was 3-3 and we have it away- christ. it hurt. but the elation when RVP sealed it at 5-3....my word. strangers hugging, people going mental, beer being thrown, just pure ecstasy. can't believe we haven't beaten them since then, five fucking years.

sort it out you gunners

With City & Leicester's results this is now a must-win game. However, we will most likely melt under the pressure and will settle for passing the ball sideways in order to not get beaten.

Their defence is both geriatric and devoid of any real pace and we will have no excuses if we don't get at them: we simply must beat them. If Sanchez is fit I'd play him, and Wally up top.

I'd take a gamble and play Walcott up top. He has given them trouble in the past and even if he plays like he does the last few games at least he will stretch their defence a bit.

They will be rubbing their hands if Giroud starts and Terry would take him ten days out of ten over Walcott. Plus starting Walcott and Giroud leaves us with no real option to change the game off the bench.

I'm not confident at all today. They are having a shit season and we should win but we won't do any of the things which we should do and we'll start slowly, let them feel their way into the game and then end up huffing and puffing to find an equaliser or not doing enough to get a winner. We need to go for the throat from the off, hit them with pace and put them under pressure. From their point of view, the last thing they want, is us blitzing them from the off but I just don't know if we'll be set up or instructed to do that. I can foresee us strolling around, passing it back and forth and letting them settle in until the find their rhythm and even though they are in relegation form, they don't have bad players. It's a big game for us because the teams around us are picking up points each week, we have a reputation as bottle jobs and we have a mental block against this lot. If we win, we're back in title-winning form, draw and it's the usual story of not being able to do it when it matters and lose, and I honestly think we'll fuck up the next two months of the season. At some stage, we need to give this bunch of utter scumbags a thrashing, to stick all the fucking shit we've had to endure against them back down their throats and I would be fucking chuffed to bits , if it was today.
