This has been mentioned on ssn regarding the 12th and 78th minute protests so whether or not you think that bsm and ra have confused the issue slightly at least they have attracted attention from the media which is more than this site could do, no.

Re: Protest Saturday
God I really hope this achieves something. If it's successful I can't wait for Wenger's reaction. Of course it'll be 'I work hard for the club I built.....'

Exactly....and there's still plenty of tickets available.LeftfootlegendGooner wrote:This has been mentioned on ssn regarding the 12th and 78th minute protests so whether or not you think that bsm and ra have confused the issue slightly at least they have attracted attention from the media which is more than this site could do, no.
Make your own banners, you can sit practically next to wenger if you like...and spend 90 mins letting your feelings known.
Alternatively, do nothing and spend the next 3 years on here letting your feelings known.
If you live within a reasonable distance from the ground there's little reason not to go.
It's getting publicity, the club (apparently) aren't happy about it...time to put up or shut up.
Stop whining about the wording...do your own if you don't like it...it all helps and it's getting noticed.

Re: Protest Saturday
hopefully from Saturday onwards the protests will be relentless - every match home and away until Wenger leaves and Kroenke gets the message that he is not wanted here either.
I think in the past on here there has been much talk of a "tipping point"
that "tipping point" was reached some time ago on here (we are talking years
) but on Saturday hopefully tipping point can be reached at the ground as well

I understand the reasoning for wanting to get rid of Wenger first but really you read that and you realise that Wenger is the least of our problems...

Agreed. The whole club is rotten.Gunner Rob wrote:I understand the reasoning for wanting to get rid of Wenger first but really you read that and you realise that Wenger is the least of our problems...
Even speaking with the ticket office, the corporate spin is so obvious.
Kroenke doesn't give a shit about you or me and he won't give a shit about a protest. In that respect Arsenal is no different to any other Premier League club.
I have to say I think the lifelong fan is a dying breed. We are not what these clubs want.
I'm a big believer in what goes round but the day when the TV money dries up and the fans take their clubs back is a long way off at the moment.
Re: Protest Saturday
the life long fans pound is the same as the first time tourist with selfie stick pound.....they do not care

Not a Wenger one but from Gazidis:SteveO 35 wrote:In which case please add:GranadaJoe wrote:I think the most effective banners would be a selection of AW quotes.
"I built this club"
"This squad is good enough to win the league"
"We have enough striking options"
"Aluminia is my No.1"
I've not looked up the exact quotes but I think the irony could be lethal.
"There are two transfer markets - one external and one internal"
"Captaincy is overplayed"
"I favour rotational leadership"
"If you are seeing the relationship between the fans and the manager break down over time that is unsustainable."

Stop being so blinkered about wanting Wenger out.armchair wrote:Good to see he has "proven us all wrong" eh?Gunner Rob wrote:I understand the reasoning for wanting to get rid of Wenger first but really you read that and you realise that Wenger is the least of our problems...

I think it goes without saying everyone on here wants that, it's just that Wenger is a short term problem, Kroenke is a long term nightmare.
Re: Protest Saturday
The fraud needs to go...Kroenke will take much longer unless he is brought out via a hostile takeover and that only happens when he offered a no brainer of a cash deal which won't happen anytime soon, but Wenger out is less than a year away - unless you want this to prolong another long 3 years...just my POVGunner Rob wrote:Stop being so blinkered about wanting Wenger out.armchair wrote:Good to see he has "proven us all wrong" eh?Gunner Rob wrote:I understand the reasoning for wanting to get rid of Wenger first but really you read that and you realise that Wenger is the least of our problems...
