As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Lazy arse Toure has given up, the league's best defender in Kompany is out again leaving the carthorses in the back line and a load of other lightweights like Sterling, Navas etc can't be bothered. Aguero is a class act as we know but I thought looked absolutely knackered the other night. A team playing with a high tempo with quick strikers running directly at their plodders would create havoc
Of course, that's the exact opposite of what we'll be doing up there, as every quick attack is slowed to a snail's pace by Mister Twirly in midfield who will allow every defender to get back behind the ball by the time he's finished backheeling and spinning and getting it out from under his feet....and in the rare event that he does manage to successfully complete a pass, the Lamppost will let it bounce around off his shins and poke his tongue out a lot whilst gesturing to the ref
We'll go 1-0 down against a pathetic excuse of a City side, before Iwobi is subbed (regardless of how well he plays) swiftly followed by Alexis as Welbeck and Wally are given 15 minutes to shit miracles. We'll get an equaliser and our remarkable spirit will be much lauded by TO1AW
Will he even start?? Crowd voiced their displeasure at him being subbed last week so Wenger might decide to show them who's the main man, who is actually running things, who's the boss!! Iwobi might just be joning Campbell for the rest of the season (wherever the hell he is???)

Were the only team with players than spontaneously get injured.
Player x is fit on Monday. On Tuesday player x out for 2 months - how? why? when?
I fuking give up.
Clueless is saving him for next season - either that or a deal has been struck for him to be sold - Have heard 2 other prem clubs are interested in buying him. The murdering scum being one of them.
Only thing I learned from that Wenger presser is that there's another Copa America this summer and that means Sanchez will be playing average until November, at which point he'll get injured, miss 2 months and then come back into form from March onwards as we complete the annual cycle
I do wish some journo had the balls to ask him some proper questions - make the twatt squirm and get all pikey so in the end he says 'Loook' then eventually gets up and walks out of the press call...- These pre-match press calls are the media version of the pointless going nowhere tippy, tappy football we play - back and forth getting nowhere..then the next tame question and then the next lame arsed question...all grovelling around the twatt... on and on and on and fuckinn onnnnnn
Wenger you fuckin'TWATT. just fuckorf and and don't come back

It's no problem, Sanchez won't be an Arsenal player come August.

I always wonder how the club got him and Ozil to sign. You'd have to think that Wenger lied his ass off, about signings and about us challenging for the league, and CL. If both players were lied to, then you'd have to think they will fuck off soon. Even if they were promised nothing, they have surely realised the reality of life at Arsene FC. and will want to get out asap.

Didn't watch the whole press conference but he looked like a beaten and confused old man in what i did watch, i actually think he has no idea how Leicester have done what they've done and therefore will forget all about it very soon as it doesn't fit into his philosophy of beautiful football.
City were shit during the week they played like a team with no interest which is idiotic considering they were in a CL semi, but i'm fairly sure they'll bounce back and spank us just because it's us, 3-0.

So we continue to lose our best players while the uslesscunt in charge remains...
If you think about Ferguson if his best players stepped out of line he laid into them, and probably because he was such a winner, they accepted it and stepped back in. Serial disruptive players got the boot.
Wenger on the other hand has a completely failed philosophy and it doesn't take long to realise it. So now with Sanchez Wenger will sulk, Sanchez will think fuck this I'm off.... And Wenger instead of trying to convince him to stay will then work tirelessly to make as much money on him as possible knowing he will be lauded for it by Stan and the fans will back Wenger and call Sanchez a traitor. The temerity of the man, wanting to win things, this is The Arsenal man, Wengers Arsenal, it's not about winning it's about my football philosophy (I still don't know what that is??) and possession and qualiteee.
I hope him & Ozil both leave, they deserve better (we'll lose a bundle on Ozil, a shedload in fact). I don't care what happens next season, as long as we don't get relegated. Whoever eventually replaces the prick will need a couple of years to get rid of our loser philosophy anyway.
