c/league draw

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Spent most of the last week in L'pool and it has changed beyond belief. Loads of good places down by the docks but still nice and scummy by the station
I was in the same hotel as Fiorentina and was fully expecting to spend Tuesday night in the street cos of fire alarms. Didn't see any of their "famous" players. I wouldn't like to have had breakfast with them yesterday. One of the cooks was a blue and was decidedly unhappy. :P :P

A lot of Gooners seem to have forgotten that after the trilogy against Liverpool comes the possible title decider v Man Utd. 4 massive games in just 12 days

Make or break fortnight? Try make or break 3 weeks!

23 Mar Chelsea (A)
29 mar Bolton (A)
2 Apr Liverpool (H)
5 Apr Liverpool (H)
8 Apr Liverpool (A)
13 Apr Man U (A)

This is what being a Gooner is all about tho, clubs would kill for fixture lists like this. LET'S DO IT!!!!

We are going to hate the sight of their players after three games against them in so short a space of time. Dearly hoped for anyone but an English team, all the teams in the draw were tricky but at least we don't play Shalke 2/3 times a year...

Liverpool fans are confident but this tie could go either way, Liverpool are strong in Europe and on form with a new formation, we will have to raise our game again to get past them. At least the games between us tend to be entertaining rather then boring

The other positive is that the team have a lot less travel. istanbul and back is pretty knackering. 4 1/2 hours each way, and Rome from Manchester must be 3 hours.

according to the club site we only get 2600 tickets. So I won't be going. Just have to make sure I get them for the Grove. 8)

Chippy, just ignore the debug message and refresh the thread you've posted to check if your message was received - usually it has, despite the debug message. That way, no multiple posts.

Hi I'm new to this forum stuff, just received this and thought it was interesting.

http://forums.liverpoolecho.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=33755

The Liverpool Echo is running the story online as well.

Seems that some people are worried about playing the Arsenal and shouting 'fix'

BTW . . . Has Pancho been kicked off?
