A board that cares primarily about financial success says get another 65k a week off the wage bill!
After his loan spell at Colchester renewing Watt's contract won't come cheap and pizza sales are down this year too!

Aston Villa in for Chamack would be so much more believable!

Shit for brains is blabbing on about Djourou possibly leaving on Sky. This is the same player he has had 7 or 8 years to make his mind up on, and who less than a year ago signed a contract extension until 2015

So lets see.......
Djourou - Out? Hanover?
Squeaky - Out? Somewhere in France?
Arseshavin - Out? Reading?
Chamack - Out? West Ham loan?
Be nice to get rid of these deadweights. Wenger is several years too late and many points sacrificed while overpaying these players. Although lets see how many actually find clubs prepared to pay them.

There was nothing wrong with Chamakh when he first signed. Granted his first home game against Blackpool he was shite but from then on he did his job well as a leading front man and he was a pretty decent header of the ball.
Sound familiar. Giroud would probably regress if he was playing well then the rapist comes back from his millionth injury and Olivier gets dropped.
I don't blame Chamakh for what happened from Jan 2011. That's all AW's poor management. Fat Sam has no time for lazy tossers so if he really is finished at this level we'll find out but if he the fat walrus gets something out of him it'll be AW made to look a bit silly.

chamakh did a job for us in his first few months and bagged some goals, then BANG,RVP is fit and Chamakh is dropped, only to turn into one of the worst payers to ever grace the shirt(behind gervinho),its a shame to see Wenker ruin another player,i cant help but think we'd have been better keeping eduardo despite worries over his peg,he deserved a place, was class and was filling the massive gap left by henry, some gap to fill, such a huge shame we will never know how brilliant he could have become, cant we buy eduardo back?

If he does go to the Hammers he'll be behind Carroll and possibly Cole. But we'll be subsidising his wages while he's there ffs.

Well that's the key question - when you match the player to the clubs involved how many of them are going to get their current wages paid in full by their possible new employers. Wages are closely controlled in Germany and Hanover are hardly giants so I'll be stunned if they pay Djourou's reported 50k per week. The top french clubs won't want Squidgy so it'll be a crock of shite provincial outfit who probably won't pay more than 20k per week, the Fat Russian won't get half of his 80k at Reading and I'll be fucked if the Hammers pay 65k for the Chamster.
I reckon we'll still be paying the best part of 100k per week to subsidise these transfers after they've left

Arseshavin to Reading leaves me confused.
Why Reading - a team in all likelyhood who'll be fighting and scrapping for their life to avoid relegation would want a petulant, lazy, fat, shite I just cant get my head around? Surely they need hard working tough battlers who'll play flat out for 90 mins and give their all. Not a so called "luxury player" like muppet face?

Russian owner buying a 'present' for the manager.
Can't see McDermott wanting him that much but he isn't in the strongest position to say no right now is he.

So Everton have managed to extend Jagielka's contract despite not winning anything
Shawcross has signed up for Stoke for 5 years despite not winning anything
Ba deal agreed by Chelsea
Sturridge already signed by Liverpool
Debuchy medical at Newcastle
Juventus have begun talks with Llorente
Huntelaar has extended his contract with Schalke
Joe Cole has gone to West Ham
Reading and Wigan have made their first signings of the window
Hello Ivan, Dick (no not you Arsene) and M. Self-'Armeur............are you awake?

Probably 2 reasons to link him up with Pogrebnyak and also he( McDermott) figures the rst of the team can do the hard work but they don't have that luxury player who can provide that extra bit of quality in the head to heads against the other shite teams.....like how Berbatoss is dragging an average Fulham into the top half of the table.

True.
But I keep reading about how Arseshavin is "talented". How Wenger has "mis-managed" him, How he's been "played out of position". If he's so good why is he possibly going to Reading?
Personally having watched the little shit get possession, take the ball to the full back. Stop. Pass back, sideways, fall over or lose possession so many times I cant wait to see the back of him. I know hes ever so slightly better thyan Gervinho but I think hes fucking shite. And seemingly only Reading disagree.

Sadly I don't think even our lazy russian can save them. They don't score enough goals for me. They should be getting a hungry striker with something to prove from the championship not some has been even if he used to a quality palyer.
Having said that I'd personally drive the Klingon to MadStad myself if they were dumb enough to take him off our hands.
