sorry mate, but so do we.

we gave you five years. time to go.

dumb question, but why don't we ever sign English kids as prospects or a kid from div 2/3 ?
Best news of the window so far - I don't think I've hated any Arsenal player (whilst still at the club) as much as that useless turd in 30 years

I'll be forever grateful for that truly stunning display in the 5-1 shame at the Lane, throwing away Arshavin's 4 goals at Anfield, charging out of the goal at Wembley to hand the Chavs a place in the FA Cup Final, two of the most pathetic mistakes I've ever witnessed in the same game at Porto, conceding 3 in 10 minutes at Wigan, letting Chelsea back into the game in the Carling Cup final........oh fuck it, the list is endless, but thankfully his Arsenal career isn't.

Get the fuck out of our club. I'll pay for the one-way ticket
It says it all that Wenger would rather play an injured Szczesny, injecting his shoulder before the game for the last 5 weeks than play that useless twat.
Absolutismo Mon Ami! :high5:

Nothing will be announced until announced until the French League is over this Sunday.
Part of me feels that, club was trying to create some positive news flow before WBA game to appease fans in case. Probably we are back to our usual self after making it 3rd place.

1) RVP has demanded new players into the squad if he is to sign a new contract.

2) Wenger has told him that he will give him no reassurances. He runs the Club and no-one else.

We have to sell before we can buy. Fringe players are up for sale including Bendtner, Vela, Denilson and Squillaci. Once they go, we can buy. Basically Wenger won't be told what to do by anyone. RVP is peed off and has joined up with Holland. Wenger hasn't learned from last Summer when exactly the same happened. Gazidis is exasperated as he can see the fall out with Season Ticket holders and sponsors etc. It's getting messy already.

:banghead:
1. At least RVP has tried - though I am beginning to believe he isn't the first

2. WTF!!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: There's wenger saying publicly that he/we (Arsenal will do all in their power to keep RVP - then he turns around and says that FFS Wenger you FOOL, you are supposed to be a manager of a Football team NOT a FUCKING Accountant...Buy the players and let the board and gazidis worry about the wonga...who knows maybe they'll pass on the cost to us Gooners with a 6% rise in tickets :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

This just makes me so fucking angry. :banghead:

All this talk of transfers is so 2004

When are we going to talk about the core business i.e. the property development

That's the stuff that gets the fans all excited. Fuck whether or not RvP stays and whether we sign m'Vila, I want to know how that latest block of apartments is coming on and how many have been pre-sold, at what yield etc

Catch 22. We're getting down to it now. We cannot afford to sign anyone until we dump some of the shite, but that same shite is so over paid that we cannot sell them.

If I could be arsed (or suddenly developed the personality traits of some of my fellow posters) I'd dig up all the shitty posts that were aimed my way when I was berating all these 5 year deals given to losers like Fabianski a couple of years ago.

It was supposedly a wise move to protect their transfer value. Yeah, spend £12.5m over 5 years on Bendtner's wages to protect a transfer value of tuppence ha'penny. What a fucking joke.

Baba is he worth the 17 mil they're apparently quoting? Only seen flashes of him. I know you're pretty in tune with the french league.
Actually Rigsby, honestly, M'Villa is a very very good player with bags of potential. He is an excellent player and I'd be quite content with such a signing. The one problem with him is that he has a bit of 'Songitis' i.e. thinking he can go walkies a lot - difference being, he is much better at attacking than Song, and he has the stamina and pace to get back and help out. Not slow and shit like Song.

Much better passer, much harder tackler, could be amazing.

Only thing is, has a serious attitude problem, proper ghetto boy and the minute he decides he's outgrown Arsenal, we coud have an Anelka MK2 on our hands. Needs a strong manager like Fergie, not a pussy like Wenger. Still be a top signing though...

Sounds like we're after the French Eastmond......at least we'll know that Wycombe and Millwall will take him if he's bollocks

Every signing is a gamble, but this guy is worth the gamble IMO! He's not an Arshavin 'luxury' player, we could with a nutter in the team! I don't think he'd be one to hide at stoke away!

SteveO, M'Villa is actually quality trust me mate. Problem is, he needs a firm hand so is joining the right club but with the wrong manager. This point has been made ad infinitum but give Pep, Klopp, Mourinho, Heynckes or Hiddink the current shower and they would all perform far better than Wenger has done.

Isn't it hilarious when David Moyes is congratulated on finishing above Pool, who spent £100 mil - this is David Moyes of cash strapped Everton - David Moyes says 'I don't want congratulations for finishing above Liverpool in 7th, I want congratulations for finishing 1st. That is when you deserve it'.

Fancy those words?

Moyes and his fans aren't merely contented 'finishing above our local rivals'

And Everton would have more reason to gloat as they have a pittance compared to the cash the victims have.
Now compare this to our pathetic deluded fanbase, celebrating finishing ahead of Spuds, despite a wage bill that is 35% higher.

It's fucking embarrassing, such a small time outfit we have now become. And that is down to the shocking mentality instilled by one twat. No prizes for guessing whom...
 :banghead: :(

I'd love Moyes to be our manager. I think he's probably a complete *word censored*, but with our resources would win everything. I'd prefer to go to dinner with AW.

Just had it confirmed that M'vila is a "million miles off". No contact since last summer

Also from gunnerblog

The good news is that the player would seemingly like to come. Which possibly explains 1 or 2 other stories you may have read. #mvila #afc
