just been looking at our goalscorers this season.
the fact that Ramsey is still our second highest goalscorer yet has been out since Christmas is simply shocking

yet some gooners still maintain Giroud will score 20 goals this season that is a good return.

Yet ignore the fact on the pitch he looks hapless. Anybody can score goals at Arsenal, we like to attack.

Our attack has let us down this season, great Arsene got us a decent defence, but years of under investment with eco-buys like Giroud, Gervinho and to a lesser extent Podolski got us where we are today.

In the past i'd have been able to blab on about how the goals are spread around the team - not this season. Bendtner only has two less league goals (2) than Cazorla (4). Bendtner has started one league game.

That's not saying Bendtner is anything special, more that he's terrible and still managed nearly as many as players who should easily be hitting double figures.

Cazorla seems to be suffering from difficult second album syndrome this season.

if you hadn't noticed its april tomorrow and liverpools destiny is in their own hands, they will finish above us for sure after about 20 years finishing below us.if they win the league or not you can bet that Rodgers will kick on in the summer and buy some more decent players to mount an even better challenge or to defend the title.Liverpool have now eclipsed us in just two seasons with a different manager and can mount a serious title challenge which is something we are unable to do for 10 years now.sucesss,id say Liverpool are on the verge of it for real

This season feels like Groundhog day again to me. Our team gets high praise for one good half vs City but failed to keep up in the most open title in years.
Liverpool have overtaken us and it looks like we are still in the market for the budget player instead of going for a world class striker.
I am bored of Wenger now and Arsenal has never been boring to me. Its the same old season every year and although we should win the FA Cup this year it leaves another bad taste in the mouth.

From Wenger's weekly email:

"We lost against Bayern with 10 men and drew with them in Germany, and you don't do that if you're not a good side."

Are Freiburg (14th in the Bundesliga) and Hoffenheim (9th) the level Arsene and Arsenal aspire to be at? Christ.

Worrying that's what he points to as proof we're a good side. Very comfortably losing a knock-out tie? All that tie proved was that Bayern don't need to get out of second gear to cruise past us over two legs and Ozil should never be allowed to take a penalty again.

Although it's ultimately worthless surely pointing out that we were top at the halfway stage having played everyone once is better proof we must have the makings of a good side? Although then the fact we are well out of the race and trying to cling on for 4th and it's not even April yet speaks volumes about him and the players. He'd rather play the martyr and hype up our glorious failure then truly acknowledge he's not been good enough.

Spin or does he believe this??? :x

It's the champions league Arsene why the fudge would Bayern try and win the game when they are winning the tie. Is that why are so sh*t in the CL because Arsene misunderstood the rules.

I try and ignore most of the rubbish arsene says but some things get my goat.

I lost 100 bar to my sister in a bet that Liverpool would not come above Arsenal in the league, it was about 6 years ago but your right most of the time they have come below us, it's just that the one time I bet they came above us ffs

I put a bet on with my good wife a few years ago that we would win a league again before the victims do.......am beginning to seriously worry now. It's not the money you know, but I don't ever want her to think that she was/ie right

You could well end up being correct but on the other hand, Liverpool did finish second in 2009 before several seasons of being pish.
They haven't won anything yet. Personally I reckon they'll be 2nd behind city this season.

Greedy prick Stan Kroenke has gone on record in issuing his full support to Arsene 'Cash Cow' Wenger. Kroenke said "It's a continuation of our board policy of not looking gift horses in the mouth. Who else could I replace him with that will deliver such profitability and be as unconcerned about challenging for trophies as me?"
