What baffles me is people like you who get fed with bullshit for the last 6 years but still assume that "this time it will be different".

Did I say that? Why don't you read what I actually said. I didn't say I believed it would be any different, just I see no reason to moan about it not happening when it HASN'T happened. People work themselves up and make criticisms of Wenger when they have no idea what he's done. The man should be criticised for a lot of things, but not what people assume he's done.

Well I see every reason to moan, especially as, as you say, NOTHING HAPPENED!
Wenger has been taking the piss out of every single one of us for too long. Telling everything and it's contrary, telling lies over lies.

We have every reason to moan when we hear bullshit like "we will make signings on the 1rst" or "we want to act quickly" etc... And yet like the pas 6 years NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

The club and manager don't give a fuck about us, they take a royal piss at ourselves, and we shouldn't moan? So far we assume Wenger has done nothing, and so far the facts are here to prove that he's actually done nothing!!!

If we get 60-70 million on players leaving this summer and the 30 million we had ear marked Wenger to buy players with my calculations that is between 90-100 mill how much of it will he spend or get to spend ? .

I read somewhere (from Young Guns via Tim Payton) that as a club rule Arsenal provide back up to 75% of sale for transfers.

So estimating about Â£75M.

Don't worry boys and girls, July 1st tomorrow, and as we all know by now that's the day the European transfer window opens, and so we are likely to see many new faces coming in, fresh and hungry for success.

Not long now. Only a few hours and we will be able once more to marvel over our fantastically well-balanced squad, with the perfect balance of youth and experience due to the world class players we have brought in.

6 hours and 10 minutes to go until the 1st July here. Yippee!!!

Can't bloody wait until tomorrow - I'm so excited I will probably not sleep tonight, just sit by the PC frantically clicking on F5 on arsenal.com and the BBC transfer page.

As I said we are now City's feeder club this is the worse state I known for many a year our beloved Arsenal to be in because we have been far to cheap and careful in the transfer market it has now blown up in our faces and to top it up they put up our season tickets .

Well, our wage bill is going to get a bit lighter! We need to get shot of the dead wood as well though!
If we can squeeze Â£22m out of City for Nas that will be ok IMO. Even better would be a player coming our way + cash, either Milner or Johnson would do nicely.
