A message to the management:
Please please please don't buy anyone else as your incompetence knows no bounds.
Concentrate your efforts in getting rid of some of the rubbish you've already collected.

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
The funny thing is with buying all these young players, I suspect with a view to future resale value, is that they have to be seen to play well in a relatively good team for their value to increase.... Under Brent that is highly unlikely to happen

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Exactly - no doubt when the previous regime splashed out on Saliba, they thought we were paying €27m for someone who might go on and be worth double and save us from a "Ben White" English signing at overinflated prices.GoonerMuzz wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 10:51 amThe funny thing is with buying all these young players, I suspect with a view to future resale value, is that they have to be seen to play well in a relatively good team for their value to increase.... It does of course help if the manager picks them and has a fucking clue what he's doing!

Amazon have hit gold with their new team this season - I am sure that they will be negotiating to come back next season too.
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Arsenal have agreed a deal worth €23m with Bologna for defender Takehiro Tomiyasu.
The Japan international will now undergo a medical. Personal terms are not expected to be a problem. Tottenham were interested earlier in the window.
As reported earlier, Arsenal right back Hector Bellerin to have a medical in Seville ahead of a move to Real Betis. (Sky Sports News)
Fucking heartbroken - not a penny received for Linda, AMN whilst we still have Chambers and Cedric. Five right backs on the books and here we are spending €23m and not recouping a penny
Edu surely has to go even if they keep goon chops as manager?
How can an owner allow this level of utter incompetence.

Odsonne Edouard is currently having his medical ahead of a move from Celtic to Crystal Palace.
The deal would be worth £14m up front, potentially rising to £18.5m.
So here we are stuck with Nketiah. HONEST TO FUCKING GOD, FIRE THESE USELESS C.UNTS NOW KROENKE YOU PIECE OF SHIT !

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Remember the days we weren't too far away from a title challenge and Wenger would always leave us a few Players short, and now we are rock bottom and the clueless *word censored* in charge are trying to scrape together a squad, while keeping the average players we have. This is beyond shambolic and is the type of nonsense that will have us battling relegation this season.

This is the sort of player you get in on a free, but oh no let’s just waste another 23M to make it look like a good signing.mcdowell42 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 11:26 amArsenal have reached an agreement with Bologna for defender Takehiro Tomiyasu for €20m + €3m in add-ons. I no longer “trust the process”

I do trust the process, if that process is 'Can the current executive team relegate the club and cause the value of the club to plummet?'Gunner Rob wrote: ↑
