The miraculous power of music has never ceased to amaze me......regardless of what kind of music a person may like - music itself - a global/universal language that defies understanding - can do amazing things...I know we hear of how someone in a coma is played tapes (now MP3's) of their sporting hero etc ...I just find it a wonderful thing...as in this instance

Yes last year 12 July at Thetford Forest, an outdoor concert, was very impressed, I am more of a Jam fan than Weller's solo work but he did enough Jam songs to keep me happy (4 tracks I think) and I his knew a few of his solo singles. Was a cracking night

Oh fucking hell, I totally forgot that! But couldn't watch anyway as I had to go to refereeing a football match...

I'm a huge Iron Maiden fan, but unfortunately seen them only six times :( I hope they carry on and publish at least one record :barscarf:

Listening to Rival Sons, Buffalo Summer ( a South Wales band) and Blackberry Smoke now, mixed in with some classic 80s/90s Cinderella.

Off to Dublin first thing tomorrow morning to see Bob Dylan, weather forecast is good, so looking forward a stroll around the city then sitting outside a pub and having a few Guinness, before the gig. :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:
