This is not a piss take thread - and whether your a fan or not - it's such a sad thing to read she only has months to live
only 27 and had two young sons - this shows how precious life is and we should enjoy everyday as our last - so the next time we all moan because we have to get out of bed in the morning - just remember be grateful you still have a life

Of course despite being talentless she has loads of money and she once made a racist remark.
If she was a member of the royal family with ginger head no-one would have cared less.

I meant with regard to the racist remark and the money for being talentless no one would have cared less if she was a member of the royal family (the ginger one without ginger parents).

I don't think one persons misfortune necessarily diminishes another does it?
And though I have every sympathy with the soldier guy, when you sign up for the army you're always going to be at risk of that and you know full well that you are. Cancer of the womb on the other hand comes with little warning.
As for the talentless thing, well people had a choice whether they wanted to buy her perfume or not. I suppose you'd turn down £8 million quid?
As for the racist thing, well though the comment 'Shilpa Poppadom' was racist, on a scale of severity of 1 to 10 it gets about 0.1. As Ricky Gervais pointed out the same Sun Newspaper that had 'racist scum' on the front page had 'Pot Noodle' on the back page to describe a Chinese snooker player.
As I've pointed out before, other famous people in higher positions than Jade have made more serious comments and haven't had the death threats and hatred aimed at them. Search for anti-Prince Harry and Carol Thatcher facebook groups and they have less people than Jade in them. It's entirely about her background and social class, people react differently when it's shitmuncher from Bermondsey rather than someone from the bourgeoisie. And those aforementioned *word censored* get everything from who their parents were, Jade had to scrap for what she's got.
Also when Enoch made his Rivers of Blood speech, a Times poll said that 75% of the population agreed with him. That would have included many of our grandparents, who would have been among the 20 Million viewers of very popular stuff like Mind Your Language, Love Thy Neighbour, Curry and Chips and Mixed Blessings. I suppose those people on that Facebook group were laughing when their politically incorrect grandparents were on their death bed were they?

The only conclusion I can think of is that he gets some sort of perverse negative sense of self-worth from watching her stuff and deriving a cheap sense of superiority from it. A rather sad way of feeling good about yourself if never there was one.
It's that which has kept Jade in the public eye and made her £8 million and why her kids will grow up in a big house in the Essex countryside rather than the squalor of a Bermondsey sink estate. It's what makes her better than them and fair play to her.

Good post Cus and I personally blame the gutter press for seizing on a chance to sell papers and blowing it out of all proportion and even tho she shouldn't have treated Shilpa as she did it came across to me more as a lowbrow girl with little class, intelligence and even less education bullying a girl who she felt threatened by purely because she was everything that she couldn't be and that's why Shilpa never even looked like retaliating as she knew she had the high ground!
Now of course they're using her current plight to sell even more papers, probably without a hint of conscience that their hounding and branding, which no doubt have made her life a nightmare for the last 3yrs or so could well have contributed to her untimely death
