I saw one today with a tax disc on it

Do they really have to pay tax for them

Driving lessons I could understand because some of those drive em like 'mad old bats out of hell' but charging them tax seems just wrong

I'm looking forward to the time when I'm old enough to drive one of these things.
That'll be next week, then.
I will terrorise pedestrians. Lots of them. And any hoodies (or other young kids with bad attitude) will be run over by me. Several times.

I wonder how Wenger went with his appeal for Alex Song to use a mobility scooter on the field?
