players marks

Post by nikman 89 »

as always here are my views of each player from the upper tier block 24

almunia -- his best handling performance for a while -actually felt confident with him today

sagna -- has he had a good game since he was injured at chelsea last season , he cant cross for toffee

clichy -- made 2 or 3 runs on the outside not good enough --evra makes 20 in a game

gallas/toure --both a starting to gel again , no worries there

nasri -- does ok but is ok enough

arshavin -- did ok but you could tell he will take a while to get used the pace as he was blowing out of his arse after 15 mins -- a player that does not mind a long range shot

denilson -- pass sideways and jog around - you or me could do that

song -- tries but this is a championship player , no sorry he would have to get stuck in for that style , yaya toure is the man we need

van persie -- by the looks of it defenders have said if we mark rvp arsenal have got nothing else --they are right

bentner --- i was not fooled like some of you others -- good game v cardiff does not mea he can play --- you fools lol

subs-- vela -- rush rush rush with no thinking , calm down son --missed 2 chances due to not controlling the ball first --

eboue/gibbs -- dont really agree with the booing of the eboue when he came on ---when it is 0-0 just give him a chance then boo him after
gibbs -- not on long --- but will be up against totti on tuesday byt the looks of it --grow up quickly

Top man. Just remember, the knees first so he suffers. Then, once you're bored with that (a few weeks perhaps) go for the headshot!

Arshavin 8 Differemt class

RVP 5 An off day it had to happen sooner or later

Almunia 6 - dealt with crosses well today but his fisting of two shots in particular in the 1st half done my head in cos he should have caught them

sagna & clichy 3 - both were very very poor today. Where is the clichy of previous seasons gone cos this new model dont overlap at all for his winger ? Is he afraid of getting caught out or is the pace gone or is it tactical ? Dont know myself but it is def restricting the team going forward. Sagna, you had a 'mare son - 'nuff said

kolo & gallas 7 - both played very well today although it should be noted that sunderland only played with 1 in our fcuking half  :banghead:

denilson & song 5 - I dont think there has been a football in history that passes the ball sidewards more often than these two muppets (and no I aint forgotton wilkins) I used to stand up for denilson but fcuk it you can only watch these 2 go sidewards for so long without losing your rag although it should be said that although song is meant to be our dm it was denilson that was covering back breaking up those sunderland attacks in the 1st half so credit to him for that. I have said it before and I will say it again....how must ramsey be feeling if he cant get into the team ahead of these 2 ? :banghead:

nasri 5 - very poor today :o

arshavin 8 - credit to him cos he had 2 brilliant efforts in the 1st half and he set up the chance for bedtners header as well. Was def our best player and looked like the only one capable of breaking them down. Have to say though the guy is fcuking tiny

rvp 4 - didnt look focussed at all today and seemed at stages to be sulking when the passes were not going his way. Yes he was due an off day but today he didnt seem interested and for fcuks sake why is he dropping so bloody deep ? If that is wengers tactics then the man should be sacked before monday cos you dont play your best goalscorer in midfield

bedtner 3 - not arsenal quality simple as. People can have a pop at him all they like but put simply he is not good enough to fit into our style of football and never will be. He may very well go elsewhere (hopefully soon  ) and prosper but again he isnt good enough for us

vela 4 - had a 'mare when he came in but I dont want to crucify him to much cos it cant be easy for the kid coming in to a team playing as shit as that  Should have done better with his chances though :(

wenger 4 - we are now in a situation where we need to win almost every single game left but when you look at todays bench do you see anybody that can come in and make that difference ? Take it a step further and ask yourself who was our attacking options to come on with the exception of vela ?

Song looked like he was running in quicksand and Bendtner can trap the ball further than I can kick it.
