Worryingly Steve Bunce said that Hatton will only train with Mayweather Snr for four rather than eight weeks, so I have to say that is detrimental.

Barrera is an OLD man but Radford likes him

hatton will win by stoppage in late rounds, he will smother pacman, and will win the fight with his keft hooks to the body.

Khan/Barerra, Great Fight, because of the unknown. I think Barerra will ko khan in 3-6th round. think this fight has come too early for khan (no chin). If khan is gunna win he'll have to put in an amazing technical fight something he hasnt shown in the pro's.

Not too sure if ricky c an handle the spedd of pac man's punches! I can see it going 12 rounds and pac man wining by split decision!

Khan on the other hand will loose by knock out, Barerra is a born champion, yes he is old, but experiance is the key, and Khan better not go in like he did against prescott.

Can anyone explain to me why Hatton stands a better chance against Pacquiao than he did against Mayweather? If Pac is considered pound for pound #1 Floyd must be 2 and Hatton 3. Hatton was shown to be severley limited against Floyd so for me is going to lose just as badly.

Or is it just blind optimism for Hatton?

I don't claim to be a boxing expert but I am stunned to see regular boxing posters going for Hitman.

Being honest my head says Pacman, BUT,

the reason Hatton has a much better chance against Pacquiao is the fight is at light-welterweight, this is hattons natural and best fighting weight and he has never lost at this weight.

Hatton never looked the same after moving up to welterweight, the fights at that weight against Collazo and Urango he looked nowhere near his best and struggled in the later rounds. He should never have fought mayweather at that weight. (and to be fair/not biased the ref didnt give hatton a chance to fight his style).

This is why I give him a real chance. I just feel that we may see a kostya tzyu type performance, I hope anyway.

Hatton will be in better shape than when he fought Mayweather, as he is now trained by Mayweather's dad to a high level.

Hatton will be stronger at light - welterweight than at welterweight.

Pacquiao will stand in front of Hatton more than the elusive Mayweather.

Hatton will have better tactics than he did against Mayweather, when he steamed in without too much thought.

Pacquiao is very good, but he beat up on a weight weakened De La Hoya and it is wise to remember that Marquez gave Pacquiao all the trouble he could handle in two fights, by applying sensible pressure over 12 rounds.

My claim to fame is that I was once fought a future world champion. And didn't lose.

I should point out that I was only 12 years old at the time.

And fortunately for me, my old schoolmate, Alan Minter, was more interested in judo than boxing, at that time.
