Drinking in Wigan

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Drinking in Wigan

Post by Coppo d' Gooner »

Hello fellow gooners,
Is anybody meeting up in a pub in wigan before the game tomorrow?
Or does anybody know where they will be drinking?
Myself and Frank (franksav63) are going but have never been to the JJB before so don't know the area with regards to drinking

From my vague memories of last year there was a very hospitable pub very close to the ground, very welcoming to home fans.

The name escapes me now, but it definetly had something to do with a Robin.
