Villareal is next not the semi!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I think its because its chelsea, and realistically our best chance of winning silverware this season. Arshavin is eligable unlike the champions league. But I do agree, people are overlooking wednesdays game. I cant wait for it, I watch alot of spanish footy and want to see us beat (hopefully  ) a great team like villareal. :barscarf:
Its not at the emirates so people want to know about the area.
Plus people like me NEED a ticket :( :banghead:
Cheapest one on the internet I found was 175 quid. I dont have that kind of money to spend on a ticket :banghead:

I'm more worried about Wednesday than Saturday right now. If we somehow fuck it up Wednesday the whole season could drop out from under us. I'm also nervous because I want Porto to hold on to their advantage, which potentially sets us up with them and I know we can smash them like we did in the first group game. Roma, Villarreal, and Porto on the road to the final... thats a path anyone would gladly take.

Agree we have a great oppurtunity on wednesday, we need to win CL to make the full set of trophys, would be great to win this before Chelsea do as ARSENAL always do things first. :barscarf:

It will be a REALLY TOUGH game on Wednesday with our patched up defence.

We just have to hope that the boys 'Want it' so badly that that will carry us over the line into the CL Semis.

Here's hoping..... :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Yea we need to be careful with Villareal they are no mugs and considering the defence we are going to be putting out it's not difficuilt to see them causing us some problems at the back, lets just hope the midfield and attack are on their game or we could end up out on our arse.
One positive is apparently Senna is injured so that will be a big miss for them.

Yea Senna's out thank god.

As for our patchy defense... as barcelona would say: a good offense is the best defense. :barscarf: Cmon Ade and Cesc!
