Do you have an iPhone?

If so, have you retained the ability to do everyday things without having to download an "app" to do it for you?

For instance, have you downloaded software that reminds you where your car is or another one that can turn your central heating on?

Maybe soon you can download an app that reminds you to go to the toilet! Or one that prompts you to breath.

I am sat on a train and all I can see is people sliding their grubby paws over their screen!

A guy at work was showing off his iPhone today and the fucking thing must way 5 stone with all the shite he has downloaded onto it!

What is the attraction in having a phone instead of a brain?

I swear iPhones make you lose the power of normal and rational thought! There is even one idiot opposite me that is playing on his iPhone whilst listening to his iPod! Why has this idiot not simply transferred his songs to his mobile?

i hate iphones and i know exactly what you mean when idiots flash there phones on the train and play around with it!

theres nothing fascinating about the apps, they charge you for these poxy apps and then completely knock your battery out in a couple of hours! ..iphones, no thank you!

I hate the way Apple are promoting their App Store as something new & revolutionary and a main selling point when manufacturers like Nokia & Sony Ericsson have had downloadable applications for their phones for years. Just in the same way that Apple's justification for coming out with the ever-so-slighty-different iPhone 3GS model was that it now has a copy & paste function and can record video, functions that have been available on almost every handset made by every manufacturer since 2002. In fact there's nothing on the iPhone that can't be found on other phones. People are such suckers for the Apple marketing machine.

The only thing that impressed me about the iPhone was the operating system which is one of the most responsive & slickests interfaces out there. Now if they could just build a phone around that OS & come up with some new, interesting features that i've not seen on a phone before then I may consider buying one.

The designers at my work use Apple macs (apparently its better for design than normal PC's) and they also have all the latest iPhones and iPods when you get into a conversation about them they virtually have a ***** about it

i have an iphone, got it for free its not so bad, but its huge compared to the nokia 5300 i used to have.

Let's be honest, the iphone is probably the best gadget ever.........I can listen to music, watch films, surf the internet, email, call people, take photo's or video and see if my train is delayed whilst at work or walking to the station, all from one little gadget. It's fuckin' marvellous and I am on the verge of taking myself in hand whilst I type.....except I need two hands for that so I won't
