Tattoos on women are big turn-off no matter how small or "cute". Chris everett (spelled wrong) was one of the first I can remember, she had on one on her thigh, she got it done for the love of her life John Lloyd.
Although I would still quite happily shag a girl with a tattoo, as I would consider it my duty as a man.
