REUTERS: Betting Scandal

Friend who works for Reuters just told me spurs vs wigan, alot of people had big punts (between 500-1000) on 9-1 to spurs at all different betting shops ALL done online from addresses in the mideast and Japan!!!

They battered a bottom 10 side who on the day were absolutely fucking direbollockal beyond belief. In the grand scheme of things, other than the 3 points it means fuck all unless goal difference comes into play for them at the end of the season. normally match fixing is done by coaches or players of the losing side (or the ref) would be hard to imagine both sides being invovled
