Good list, but I think some of them (The Wrestler, Gran Torino, Frost/Nixon & Changeling were 2008 films) - all were brilliant, though
Anyway, I think 2009 hasn't been great for films compared to 2008 or 2007 (from what I've seen, which is much less than previous years) but my top 10 would be...
1. Let The Right One In
2. Watchmen
3. Inglorious Basterds
4. The Damned United
5. Orphan
6. State of Play
7. Drag Me To Hell
8. The Hangover
9. Eden Lake
10. Last House on the Left
(A few horrors in there, which I guess aren't many peoples cup of tea... I love 'em though

)
Still a few I need to see though, like 'An Education', 'Paranomal Activity', 'UP', 'A Serious Man', 'The White Ribbon', and a few others.

Can't really put them in any accurate order but my favourite 10 films of the last year are probably;
- Gran Torino (Was technically end of 2008 but wasnt released in UK until 2009)
- Moon
- The Hangover
- Inglourious Basterds
- Up
- Departures (Independent Japanese drama, won the Oscar this year for best foreign langugage film)
- Sin Nombre
- Ink (Excellent low budget indie movie. Think Donnie Darko meets The Matrix - trippy as fuck.)
- 500 Days Of Summer (Very enjoyable, different take on the romantic comedy genre)
- Funny People
Still a couple coming in the next few weeks that i'm looking forward to eg. "The Road"
