you have to join youtube because of the violence, thaks to football365.com, this is what they say:

An Appropriate Reaction
In England when a team is relegated, we get the standard shots of slumped players crying, slumped women in the crowd crying and slumped great big fat men in the crowd crying.

However, supporters of Brazilian side Coritiba are apparently not quite so docile.

After their draw with Fluminese at the weekend that saw them relegated, their fans reacted by invading the pitch and whacking seven shades of sh*te out of anything that moved, and plenty that didn't.

Click here to take a look, although we must warn you it contains a good amount of violence.

Highlights include the slow-motion replay of a group flinging what appear to be benches at police, the cameraman looking very, very nervous at around 4.25 and the enterprising chap in the green polo shirt legging up one intruder at 4.40.

Fecking disgraceful!! At one point some of the Home side's players were jumping up and down in a kind of celebration with the fans that were causing the trouble.  Seeing as they are due to go down anyway, the club should be relegated 2 divisions and all the players involved suspended for at least 1 year. Plus the club should be forced to play their home matches in an empty stadium for at least 6 fixtures!!!

Yeah they have. Imagine our chances of getting the world cup if this happened over here and its not the first time this has happened in Brazil

To be honest, I felt like destroying the Grove straight after our 4-4 draw against the Spuds :x - I had to make do with shouting all sorts of abuse at our players and Wenger, instead

Yeah but lets be honest, if these things were awarded on merit the world cup would never be hosted outside western europe.

USA, Japan and Australia are all capable of hosting it outside of Western Europe but why do they give it to 3rd world countries?

if our football grounds were policed by a handfull of old bill with no idea of crowd control it would be kicking of here (again) too.
