I play the Manager Mode with Arsenal on FIFA 10 (I am 30 years old going on 14) and this is my team:

We liked to image Wenger signing a quality player over the age of 21. Full stop.
oh! and is over 5.10ft

I'm not saying that my 11 would work in actual football but it would be a interesting line-up, lets say that much!

This team is way way way too lightweight

Nasri in a central 3?? Clichy on his current form?? Flapianksi???

If I was going to start playing footie manager with Arsenal I think I'd do the blindingly obvious things that our friend Arsene hasn't so that's nice commanding bad ass keeper, followed by world class 6ft plus striker, closely followed by established central midfielder all rounder!

I haven't bothered to play the manager mode this year but usually the only players that stay in my team are

Cesc, Robin, Walcott(because of his pace alone), Clichy, Sagna, Nasri.

The rest would be sold over a 2yr period.

Unlike Arsene I have no problem selling the trash.

Hahaha, that's almost identical to mine!! Except I rotate Van Persie / Eduardo / Arshavin / Walcott / Bendtner up front (forwards seem to tire more).

Lloris is quality, and seems one of the better outfield keepers

First thing I did was sell Diaby, Denilson, Flappy, Average Al, Tweety etc

Note how our core has changed? I would bet we would stand a chance in the title race with that team! And Goalkeeper wise, I don't normally bother to buy a new goalie on FIFA games, I didnt know that Alumnia was going to have such a bad season!? So sorry on that front!

I aint even got a Arsenal team on fifa10 yet , I went with the start from the bottom route this time on manager mode , So six seasons later i have took Barnet to the prem and won the f.a cup twice and now I'm in europe...

Jay simpson , eagles , Lupoli , Gibbs , and a bunch of unknowns

But it's been interesting and at the end of the past two seasons i have had offers to manage The mighty arsenal , chavs , utd , madrid , barca and milan.

I need to get out a bit more often other than goin to watch arsenal

Is manager mode on fifa10 any good? I just play games online, not actual managerial mode.

It's not that bad , Ok it still has a long way to go and it's not as deep as the proper manger games , But it's fun if set to pro or world class..
And it's worth starting at the bottom , that way you can't pay big wages and have to get the loan deals in and free transfers.
