its a bypass OLD"y and yes i will be doing a fully nude photo shoot just for the lady mb. 
i decided on the bypass because its permenant,unlike the Band.(it can be reversed).

What are you going to do with all that excess skin? May I suggest you tan it and make yourself a silence of the lambs style jacket

Good luck ****'y , a good friend of mine had this procedure 6 weeks back and the change is incredible . he has lost 40 pounds already and his diabetic condition is gone . He feels like a new man and his only regret is that he should have had the surgery earlier .
