Ok..here it is.....
i visit the FAT DOCTOR on may 14th to sign the forms giving them permission
to give me the Gastric Bypass operation.
The last 4 weeks have been probably the worse of my life..Ive been drinking and eating EVERYTHING that not nailed down.
Ive got to lose at least a stone(thats what ive put on in 4 weeks

).
After i sign on the dotted line,im put on a strict diet and about 6 weeks later ill have the op.
My walk today..=STEPS 1,786 Calories used=76
Please encourage me to get off here every day for 30 minutes and keep the walking up.

well...its 11 years since ive been on a Beach(i was 7 stone lighter then)and want that back.

When youre feeling hungry and its not meal time keep that thought in your mind mate and if you have a day where you eat crap all day dont think oh fuck it and carry on eating just put it down to a bad day and start again the next

It will take committment and will power ****, no easy remedies unfortunately. Get on your treadmill in front of the telly and put on a classic AFC DVD and stick with it til the end.

calorie burning is relative to bodyweight so a standard cereal box pedometer is not going to give you a true read out on the energy you use.
go up and down the stairs as many times as you can every day before you have breakfast, eat sensible and realistic!
you can do it ****!
