www.ryanair.com or
www.airlingus.com for the cheapest flights they do deals from time to time so you can pick up flights for 1p +taxes sometimes....... Flights are normally an hour or so so quick really

ferry is fine but you have to get to the port first which is a pain .. as flash sais check out ryanair for a cheap flight,

just got back from dublin,
ryanair. two hour flight from gatwick.

the one thing i would say about dublin is that its beyond expensive.
i would say it borders on rip-off to extortionate. Trust me if you think London is expensive when you get here, it won't compare to Dublin.

if i would recommend then get a ryanair flight to shannon, one hour 10 min, then get a bus from there to galway, 2 hours and have a great time, galway is the best city in ireland for craic.

mate, i'll spend a couple of days in OSLO as well... oirland can't be more expensive than norway
BTW, what's the price for a pint of guinnes in london and in dublin in a decent pub??

BTW,
what's the price for a pint of guinnes in london and in dublin in a decent pub??
My local has just put their prices up to £2.80 a pint, a 30 yard walk to another pub though is £3.40
