Seeing as there is a thread about PES10 I thought i would get a FIFA one going.

Who plays it and who do you usually play as?

When i first got it, around xmas i was always Arsenal, but now i find that a bit boring so I am usually Burton Albion now, not sure why i started using them but its great fun, especially when the opponent is a big team.

I play a formation with about 7 at the back and play on the break, works well, especially with big Steve Kabba up top

Last night was there greatest moment, 1-0 down at old trafford and playing someone who can only be described as a 'twit' he couldnt seem to understand he was man united who are far better than burton, and wouldnt accept i was doing well to keep it at 1-0

Then on 86 minutes, Steve Kabba made it 1-1 I was screaming 'have some of that' and other such things at him, he wasnt happy!

Then in injury time Ferdinand hit a short backpass and Kabba steamed on to it and made it 2-1, i went mad, screaming 'fuck you united, ive fucking won it' at him'

Also Andreyes tongue and myself won 1-0 at Real Madrid with Burton, and snatched a classic 2-2 draw at Samford Bridge...good times

I do love annoying people who support Man United or Chelsea on that game, it winds them right up!

the only match i ever played online was against this guy who used man shitty so i thought fuck it, i'll be barcelona...

messi hattrick later (one from the half way line?!! ) and he rage quit

im not much of an online gamer, the only thing i tend to play is modern warfare 2 with some mates most evenings

I'm on there a fair bit, usually play online as Dortmund, Valencia, Villarreal, Bayern Munich or Fenerbahce. Like to mix it up a bit.

Most people I play against usually play as Barca which is annoying as hell. Although since the weekend every game I've played has been against Chavski. Odd that....

Usually play manager mode...trying to win all the major European leagues on Legendary level. Usually take Kerrierson (sp?) with me as well as Bojan. Eden Hazard is pretty good as well as Chucho Benitez...fast as fuck! Micah Richards is also awesome as a RB as he is also quick as.

Every fucker on there plays as one of 5 teams:
Inter,Chelsea,Barca,Madrid or United.

Despite the game have about 10,000 teams.

The gameplay IMO has not improved.

As you say yourself, speed is far more useful than skill or anything else.

So guys like Walcott and Lennon are more useful than Messi...

anyone got the world cup edition ?

I think its harder to get past players than it used to be...but pace is definately the most important asset to have when attacking. Used to be well into PES but IMO they have been so lazy over recent years with their updates. Fifa 09 converted me and now there's no way Id go back.

I play Fifa 10 on PS3 but I haven't been playing online too much lately because its getting boring the opposition is always Barcelona or Real Madrid.

Modern Warfare 2 is the way forward for online gaming though!!

I usually play as international teams like france, argentina and of all teams ireland! club sides are usually psg, arsenal, or malaga. Anyone thought of starting an online gooner league on there? could be a good laugh!

Just realised I haven't got an xbox i've got a ps3! silly bugger.
