I wonder can whelan's daughter get a passport to live in madrid without daddy's permission seeing as she is under 18

I'm a bit surprised this thread hasn't been blocked/removed, had a look at a few forums Arsenal and others and some are staying well clear of this story because if it's all false Stevie Mee and his lawyers could be in a seriously vengeful mood with all the sites repeating the allegations.
