QuartzGooner has clearly and delibeartely embarked on an effort to silence my personal views which he finds offensive and upsetting to his persoanl sensibilities by discrediting me personally in a serious deliberate lies and falsehoods misrepresenting me personally and my words and conduct on this forum . His sole purpose is to rid the forum of personal views he does not agree with.

He has not had the courage to back his accusations or allegations with one shred of factual evidence beyond a reference to a post on Arsenal Action which is one of many I've made there and elsewhere over the last 10 years or so on these matters. When I presented him with other information to follow up his research and determine whjether I am a genuine Arsenal supporter or not he refused to do so apparently or the information he found disproved his false claims and he lacks the courage and integrity to acknowledge retract his false statements and apologize.

No he in fact went to produce more knowingly false claims and statements about me and personal conduct on this forum and things I have posted, continuing to do so right up to now.

If he had done made these allegations in private messages or some other fomat I would not be pushing this in the open. But he has lied about me in a public forum to unfairly discredit my views and to encourage others to do the same and led others still to judge me personally in an inaccurate and unfair manner.

If you are honest an honorable individual who truly believes your actions are in the best interest of the forum and in good faith toward the forum, then either prove your allegations, or admit they were in fact wrong if not false, otherwise I can only conclude that you are a liar and coward.

Those are categorical statements – and not opinions. They are direct accusations and thus the burden of proof is upon you to prove them or admit they are at least they very least unfounded if not deliberately false. I should note these are not the first such false statements on your part nor are they the last.

Here you even attempt to present proof of your statements veracity at which point I offered you additional information to research further which you appear to have chosen not to for some strange reason.

Perhaps it was because you were afraid your claims might be proven false if you did follow up. Or maybe because you already knew those claims to be false as you made them. So you either didn’t follow up because you were a coward, a liar, or both a coward and liar. My vote is for number three though I’m ready to change it anytime you either prove your claims are true or acknowledge they are not.

Show me where that refers to the petition or better still where at any point I refererred to anyone who would not sign the petition as gutless. I certainly have invited and encouraged people to sign it I am 100% guilty of doing that. And don’t regret it a bit

But I am sure of not ever insulting anyone who said they would not sign it. I respect the right of any poster not to sign it or to agree with my views. I think I the strongest thing I ever said was that people who trust the Board so much should want to give the Board to chance to make a stronger case for its actions and that if the Board is acting improperly such supporters should be even angrier than supporters like me.

I think the source of all the be a man quotes I’m not sure except that those were all in past 24 hours and in response to you personally and strangely the only ones I can find(so far) are in response to to you making that charge

As I say so far these are all I have found that specifically state that much, and they are aimed at you specifically and no one else. And while I feel almost certain there are other such quotes I cannot say for certain that there actually are at least not prior to yesterday. I certainly thought I used such language yesterday more often than it appears I actually did. I can say with certainty that if I did say it elsewhere it would have been to you and you alone and no other posters as you attempt to portray falsely again.

I will add this – as for urging supporters to stand up for Arsenal or for themselves even I have said things to that effect and don’t regret it once. To encourage someone to fight for what’s important to them is neither insulting or bullying to anyone except in your way of thinking and analyzing facts.

Here you state you think as though that automatically absolves you but you also state certainly think – an expression of certainty. A poor attempt to continue discrediting with false allegations by pretending to allege them now when its too late. Running away from you own dishonest actions – apropos for you I’d say

mate, i really don't mind if you just got here and makes 10/20 posts a day about our board and the decision making from 2005, but please understand that a lot of people find it to be a little boring, and will accuse you of just trying to wind up people. you can't argue with that, because it really looks like you are.

quartz is a very nice bloke, martin, i'm sure this can be settled by simply ignoring each other.

I have no problem with that but the simple truth is he has made very strong and serious alklegations about me publicly and I want him to be a grown up and prove them or admit they were wrong and retract them and apologize.

If I thought I was actually bullying anyone I would immediately apologize and desist from whatever I was doing that genuinely constituted such behavior. I'm not afraid to admit I'm wrong or apologize at any time when its called for. Look at how we get along and we sharply differ in our views. I don't take differences in opinion even strong ones personally lying about me in front of people simply to discredit my views that offends me.

Just read what he says there (I know, I know... ) just read it and tell me I don't have a legitimate right to ask him to prove his accusations or retract them in the sam open publice manner he in which he made them.
