Well folks, I'm having me op and I don't know how long I'll be offline recovering *sobering up* so I shall leave you all with a gift before I leave.

Second operation on the same knee to get rid of some torn cartilageâ€¦.Iâ€™m only 18 and Iâ€™ve had two knee ops.

Good luck mate, I had my whole right knee rebuilt 4 years ago, it'll be a breeze, the hard part is all the exercising of it thereafter...
